Took nearly 3 weeks to come, didn’t get an order confirmation email, got some tracking information after emailing the company. This isn’t the same Bjorgk that originally started, can’t be! quality of sliders is very poor no wonder they give away a 3rd pair free… the flip flops are better quality the branding is actually imprinted into the rubber not stuck on like the slides which are peeling off. Emailed them to ask about the poor labelling not optimistic of any refund… Only positive is they are comfortable but could have got the same pair on Amazon without the poor branding for a fraction of the price. Poor quality avoid.

Ordered and received flip flops but they are far too big so contacted them to return them. I was told that their UK warehouse is temporarily closed and I would have to return them directly to China at a cost of £20-25 to me. Or I could just keep them and have 30% discount and donate them to someone. I replied to say I can’t afford to do either of those options and asked when they expected the UK warehouse to be open again. They replied to say they didn’t know when it would be operational and they advised me to accept the 30% discount to save the time and cost of an international return. I then replied that their returns policy states that all returns will cost £9.95. I am awaiting their reply but am expecting nothing. Avoid this company at all costs, customer service is non existent.

They have now blocked my email so can no longer communicate with them-still no refund so left with shoes I can’t wear, a very costly mistake.

UPDATE
I received an email from Bjorgk on 07/10/2026 to let me know there is now an English returns depot and telling me to return the goods for a full refund. I have done this and received the money back into my account 10/10/2026!

I still would never buy anything from them ever again.

Not great after wearing them for a month. I’ve had to buy a new pair of flip flops as they have triggered my plant fasciitis so badly my feet ended up swollen in the arch area. Also too wide and customer service is not great at all.

Rubbish quality terrible customer service ordered 3 pair of sliders all the same size but clearly not when trying them on they are all different sizes, really cheap quality they will not give a full refund offering a 30% refund to start with then 50% expecting me to pay £15-£20 to return to China as the their UK warehouse is temporarily unable to process returns due to operational issues. Avoid at all cost. Still trying to get some sort of refund from them.

The sliders are amazingly comfortable. Downside the delivery was longer than expected, did get intouch with company, they were quick to reply & apologise, within 2days the sliders were delivered.

Absolutely will recommend them literally I wear them every day and every holiday

Would have had 5 stars if they had arrived before I went on holiday but they are the same as I’ve had for a couple of years , so am assuming they will be as cushioned and comfy as I’ve already had.

Ordered items, no delivery no response via emails, telephone incorrect number.

I have 2 pairs of slides. Really trendy and very comfortable. The orange slides are my favourite.
I would have given 5 stars but the wait for delivery was very long.

Products are excellent, so comfortable and supportive, great colours. Waited longer than I would have liked. Should really get these within 5 days especially as they are a summer item and the UK weather is so changeable.

Regular customer always order these - sliders feel like you’re walking on air, so much better than the cheap lookalikes. Very pleased with my orders :)

Cheaply made not the quality I thought they was going to be for the price I paid, not happy at all it's a scam, they come from China, I didn't release, I might aswell of got them from Ebay for nothing compared to what I paid, I ordered 3 pairs with my hard earned money, don't order from them.

I love these sandals. I’ve had my first pair for about 4 years which are still going strong but just bought my second pair and will definitely buy more in the future!! I wear them everyday mainly as slippers and they’ve helped me massively with bursitis in my right foot between 3rd & 4th metatarsal for the last 4 years. 5 stars! ⭐️

One of the pairs I ordered were out of stock but I was emailed straight away to arrange another item, great customer service, very friendly and polite.

Placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and despite numerous emails I have had no response from them
The phone number listed is unrecognisable so I am unable to speak to anyone about my order, they very quickly took payment from me as well
This is not acceptable and very poor customer service.

Ordered cloud slides that arrived too big. Requested an exchange or return the day after delivery, well within their stated 14-day window, with the item unworn, and unused. This meets every single condition listed in Bjorgk's published returns policy.

Bjorgk refused. Instead, they offered a 30% "goodwill" refund and suggested I keep the slides and donate them. When I quoted their own policy back to them and referenced UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), they came back with 50% and only then mentioned that returns would need to go to a warehouse in China at my own cost of £15-25. None of which is disclosed on their returns policy page at the point of purchase.

This appears to be a deliberate strategy: refuse the refund their own policy promises, offer escalating partial refunds, and hope the customer gives up. After reading other recent reviews, I'm clearly not the only one.

I've now had to raise a chargeback with my bank and file a complaint with Trading Standards via Citizens Advice, none of which should have been necessary for a return that met every condition Bjorgk publicly advertises.

If you're considering ordering: check their actual returns policy against the reviews here before you buy. The two don't match.
