Great experience overall. The financing process was quick and straightforward, and the team was responsive and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly. Would definitely work with them again.

This group has been horrible to deal with and they will go in and take money without your knowledge and outside of their contracts. Stay away from them and Bridge Consolidation Group.

Hi Terrece,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience felt frustrating. We reviewed your file and can confirm that the initial debit date was disclosed during the funding process and is included in the signed agreement. That said, we understand there may have been confusion based on communication outside of our team, and we never want a merchant to feel unsure about what to expect, which is why we make certain that all key details are clearly presented and acknowledged during the onboarding process.
Our customer service team has already been in touch with you to review the schedule and address your concerns. If there is anything further we can clarify or assist with in the future, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
