Swiftly delivered, safely packaged and with free postage as well.
I usually pick one up from Jarrolds in Norwich but since they have given up their book department I was well pleased to buy one direct from Bitternbooks at no extra expense. Well done Bitternbooks

Tide tables Norfolk and Suffolk
Tide tables . These were delivered promptly and are as expected as I have had them previously . It would be great if the Norfolk and Suffolk books could be combined is a single book.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately customs charges in Europe and elsewhere are beyond our control. Many countries, including the UK, do not charge VAT or duty on books, but Belgium is one that does.
There is a warning on our shipping information page, but perhaps we could add a warning at checkout - I will look into that.
We specifically don't advertise or promote our products outside of the UK because of the high costs of shipping and customs charges.

Super fast shipment!
My order was shipped really quickly to The Netherlands. I was delighted to have the books so soon. Of course due to Brexit I had to pay VAT at this end. 🤨 But that's not your fault.

My books arrived as scheduled. The price was very competitive and although there was a delivery charge for a small order, this was reasonable and not excessive.
