Fantastic customer service
I had a issue with one of the earplugs not working properly.
Ryan at customer service was fantastic.
After a few emails over a few days to establish everything a new set was sent out to me which are working perfectly.
All in the customer service is outstanding.

I had an issue with bitmore earbuds which was no fault of bitmore it was the mistake of the Royal Mail a replacement pair was sent out immediately by bitmore great customer service

Bought a power bank from easy jet and…
Bought a power bank from easy jet and used it 3 time now and has stopped working. Really upset. Didn’t take a recipe on flight.
It says clearly Bitmore on my power bank.
Also apologies just checked flight it was brought from Ryanair on flight.

Faulty product
Faulty product, which can happen. However customer services on emailing them the receipt replaced no further questions asked. Emailed me regularly with updates. Even got a link to track delivery. Would certainly recommend this company just on the customer service experience

A small problem with the earphones a few months after purchase: the left earphone would no longer charge.
Very quick response from customer service and delivery of a new pair after only 1 week (Belgium). Thank you.

Bitmore replaced a faulty cable that snapped off on first use. The replacement cable seems to be of better quality and I am well pleased with it….thank you for good customer service.

Cannot charge watch
Cannot charge watch. Cable not sent. Spent over one and a half hours trying to get through to tech support over 3 calls and calls were terminated. Email tech and they have confirmed that they will post the cable. I am not a happy camper. Will post more after receiving the canle

Customer service is great but the product isn't.
Customer service is great but their Bluetooth earphones are not. First was faulty but have similar issue after the replacement set. One side fails, disconnects, has low volume, etc.

Prolonged charging - Great product
I decided to get 3 of the e-fuel pro 10K powerbanks to take to Glastonbury as I usually take a lot of content and wanted to make sure I always had battery. My partner and I only used 2 / 3 of the powerbanks for a total of 5 days and the charging time was super efficient! Also great product as they are carbon neutral and made from recycled plastic 👏 highly reccomended!
