I didn’t receive the mining machine at all. They directed me to pay through Alibaba, but I didn’t receive the mining machine I was supposed to receive. Now I don’t know what to do.

I had an absolute opposite experience with Bitmars. I had the pleasure of dealing with Irene, who was very informative, kind and competent. I was inquirering about a miner that was out of stock with possible delay. Irene informed me openly about this and I decided to choose another miner instead.

They arrived very fast and was packed immaculately.

Very good company.
I ordered one miner and got the message it was cancelled due fault at manufactory. They gave me the choice to order another machine or refund. I did choose refund and got it back in full + $30 because it was cancelled, I got it within 3 hours. Thanks you William for the service!

I bought 4 Iceriver ks0 ultra miners, in just under a week they had already arrived home, packaging and box well done and miners without any problem

they will take your money, mention a date of delivery and after the payment they will tell you the factory didn't confirm the delivery date, and you will wait for months,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, do not buy from them.
the worst experience ever,

Worst company I have ever dealt with, first they only take payment with crypto or some Asian bank account where they face zero reversal , shipped the miners more than 3 weeks late while they claim it’s in stock upon arrival miner looked used and had performance issue , it was a ks5l from iceriver , when I asked to help and fix the hashboard they asked me to ship it back plus 27% tarifs, I regret buying from them they elude clients with with cheaper prices at the end they send digestive miners. Bad bad bad company , person i dealt with his name is Ivan with wechat Id Rumin3480920. Stay away
