The deposit and withdrawals are good. But the Api documentation is bad written in chinese, so year it tough for algorithmic trading.

Bitget P2P has been one of the most frustrating exchange experiences I’ve had despite being an active crypto trader and merchant across major platforms including Binance, Bybit, OKX, Gate, and Bitget itself, with cumulative trading activity exceeding 15 BTC.

The biggest issue is the extremely slow and inefficient appeal system. If a newbie or inexperienced user locks your coins without valid proof, your funds can remain frozen for hours or even days while support keeps delaying the process with repetitive responses.

For a financial platform handling user funds, appeal teams should act MUCH faster, especially when evidence is obvious. Instead, merchants are left waiting while their capital is effectively held hostage.

Another major issue is merchant reputation handling. A single baseless negative review from a buyer can permanently damage a merchant’s reputation even when no scam or misconduct occurred. In my case, I only delayed release slightly because I was verifying receipt of funds and dealing with temporary banking limits, yet Bitget refused to remove the unfair feedback without properly reviewing the context.

The restrictive merchant limits are also terrible. Without locking a security deposit, merchants are limited to very small buy ads around 500 USDT, making serious scaling almost impossible compared to other major exchanges.

To make things worse, support responses felt heavily automated and AI-generated rather than handled by an actual live agent capable of properly understanding the issue.

Unfortunately, many users publicly report frozen funds, delayed appeals, account restrictions, and generic support responses on Bitget as well.

I start using bitget by getting a reward coin in bitget. Then I start participating bitget events on app and social platform and found them really interested. But point redemption found very bad after working for months and at redemption time there no option to convert in usdt. But they still mentioned that points can convert in usdt.

Wie schon oft erwähnt...früher ne gute Plattform. Jetzt funktionieren nichts mehr. Direkteinzahlung vom Konto funktionieren nicht mehr. Auszahlung dauern teilweise Wochen.Klärung über Livechat völlig sinnlos. Tickets werden erst gar nicht beantwortet. Auf den Link der nachher der Kundenbetreuer hier unten posted kommt keine Antwort...
Mach so keinen Sinn mehr ....

Bitget is fast, reliable and very secure. The interface is incredibly smooth making it easy to manage my digital assets daily.

As a verified user of Bitget, I recently received an email informing me that my account was under review. Shortly afterward, I was notified that my account would be permanently closed and that any funds in the account could potentially be lost.

Fortunately, I did not have any assets in the account at the time, but the experience was extremely frustrating and concerning.

The biggest issue is the complete lack of proper customer support in situations like this. The only option available is their ticket system, which has been very disappointing. Each time I asked why my account was being closed and what specific action I had supposedly taken to violate their terms, I received what appeared to be a generic template response. Even after following up multiple times, I was never given a clear explanation.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform. I also regret investing in their Bitget Token token. Transparency and customer support are essential when dealing with financial platforms, and in my case, Bitget failed to provide either.

Update after the company’s response: Unfortunately, their reply still does not address my actual concern and seems very generic. Here is the latest response I received from their ticket system:

“While we greatly appreciate your willingness to cooperate, no additional documentation is necessary from your end at this time. Kindly note that if you deposit funds into the account, your assets may be lost.”

This response makes very little sense to me. My account was under review and they are now apparently planning to close it without providing a clear reason or proper explanation. I was also unable to receive meaningful assistance through their customer support system, which is the main reason I shared this review.

i LIKE MANY OTHERS IT APPEARS FELL PREY TO BITGET AND THEIR REWARD POINTS SCAM. iVE BEEN SAVING UP POINTS FOR MONTHS AND AS SOON AS i TRIED TO REDEEM THEM THE REDEMPTION FAILED AND i WAS TOLD i HAD VIOLATED SOME TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANOTHER EXCEPT THAT i KNOW 1`00% FOR CERTAIN i HADNT VIOLATED ANYTHING. sEEING ALL OF THE OTHER REPORTS NOW IT IS CLEAR THESE MISCREANTS ARE TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!

Bitget charged me bank wireless transfer fees & other so many fees to transfer my money into my Canadian bank account.
Then they told me that they could not transfer & sent a cheque.
Now they are asking me to deposit another big fees to get code to decode the cheque & warning me not to go to the bank to encash it as then I could face legal action from the authorities.
Have others faced such a scenario & what should be done?

I have been using Bitget for 2 years now, Good interface and community setup, but a lot of improvement are needed

My account was "flagged" for "security risk" and I've been locked out. System doesn't send verification code to the email on account.. I can't log in. To access support you NEED TO LOG IN?? WTF?? So I access support chat with a 2nd email address. Absolutely no help there as they refuse to even consider overriding the automated system even when offered to re-KYC or verify any information. Just told to basically shut up and wait 24-48 hours. NOBODY SHOULD BE DENIED ACCESS TO THEIR OWN ACCOUNT!
If you or anyone you know uses BitGet, unplug head from ass and put your money elsewhere!

Bloquearon mi cuenta y NUNCA me dieron una explicación ni me dejaron retirar el dinero

ok l'arrêt des services est provoqué par l'AMF mais la gestion de transfert de fond de BITGET est d'un amateurisme sans nom cela fait déjà 1 mois que les fonds sont inaccessibles comme toutes informations liée au compte on ne peut même pas faire son bilan. S'il avait mieux expliqué cette gène j'aurais pris mes dispositions. Inadmissible

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Bitget.

Ich habe vor über 14 Tagen eine Einzahlung getätigt. Meine Bank hat die Zahlung bestätigt, aber bis heute wurde der Betrag meinem Konto nicht gutgeschrieben.

Der Support reagiert extrem langsam bzw. gar nicht – ich habe bereits mehrfach geschrieben und keine hilfreiche Antwort erhalten.

So ein Umgang mit Kundengeldern ist für mich nicht akzeptabel. Gerade bei Finanzplattformen erwarte ich Transparenz und funktionierenden Support.

Ich hoffe, dass sich das Problem schnell klärt – aktuell kann ich die Plattform aber nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bitget es una cosa dudosa por el hecho de permitir que estafadores como Moon79, español cuyo verdadero nombre es Daniel Cantoral Fernández, desde su cuenta P2P vendan USDT y no cumplan con la entrega.

Quiero expresar mi descontento con Bitget tras perder 300 euros en solo dos días en su plataforma. Doy gracias de que sólo ingresé esa cantidad para probar.La empresa afirma contar con controles y verificaciones para evitar fraudes, pero mi experiencia demuestra que estas medidas no son eficaces. Me he sentido totalmente desprotegido como usuario. Considero grave que una plataforma de este tipo no garantice la seguridad que promete. Por ello, no recomiendo su uso y advierto a otros usuarios del riesgo que supone operar en Bitget sin una protección real con alto riesgo de perder tus ahorros.

Bitget es un banco de ladronesa mi me robaron los 10000 que en cuotas que había que pagar para que me desembolsan 27000 euros que ha ganado en Summit Capital ,lo último que me decían que había que verificar que era yo que era el que tenía que recibir el capital ,y nada me dejaron esperar para pagarme el dinero y nunca más volvió a escuchar algo de esas ratas ,se me robaron 37000 euros esos banditos ,pero se van a ir muy mal con esa dinero porque se vuelve maldito ,RATAS...

Bitget Ticket #3057769. I subscribed 153 USDT to preSPAX Launchpad.

On 19/04/2026 23:21, their support CONFIRMED IN WRITING: "Transfer from SME to SME" for my 153 USDT.

1+ HOUR PASSED. Money never arrived in Spot Wallet. Support went completely silent after confirming.

They are illegally holding funds during Subscription Phase after promising refund.

This is documented fraud. I have screenshots. Avoid this exchange at all costs.

Update: Still no refund. Bitget is stealing client money.
