I have been a user of bitcotasks.com for more than a month, and I want to share my personal opinion and particular experience:
I used an option of PTC ads and also fulfilled their tasks. I never used shortlinks, because I can't complete them, and it's my personal attitude.
PTC ads are more simple way to get some extra daily points, not too hard and take little time. Tasks are more difficult, sometimes very hard to complete and may take time, but they are worth it.
What differs Bitcotasks from other Offerwalls (for example, not paying Lootably, Notik, Monlix) is that Bitcotasks pay. I received all payouts in time, and for that want to thank you.
My review is authentic and honest.

Scam, beware
They banned my account with 423$ when I asked them in telegram they gave me an excuse of bot/proxy traffic. That not makes sense. My sites security is super high. Please don't use this type of scamming site.

Unusable on any browser.
This site lists PTC and other ads on several other sites. At first they were good, now they block IP addresses for no reason. I have removed EVERY security control from my browser, and EVERY ad blocker... still can't access any of the listings they have, it makes the other sites almost unusable. I have also tried using different browsers, to no avail.
Hopefully soon the other sites will replace them with something better.

Used for years several times a week. PTC and faucet used to work great. Now all of a sudden, for the past week or so, I can complete 3 to 5 PTC then "IP blocked 24 hours due to suspicious activity". I don't think so! I've tried various browsers. Same result. 24 hour IP ban. The Faucet no longer works and now only opens an advertisement page. Support contacted but no reply.

Was a good PTC site until a week ago. Now only allows 2 PTC then blocks your IP. What's the point???? The only site ever to accuse you of abusing the system when all you are doing is the work required. Really silly and rediculous. Go outta of businees soon!
