Victoria was great ! Kept our party of 4 updated on how long our meal was going to be. Very entertaining and made us feel very welcome as first time visitors. Knowledgeable about drinks and took care of my allergens.
Even brought a cake with a candle to us for my husbands birthday 🎂 thank you !!

A pleasure opening the account.
After trying and failing to open a savings account with several 'Name' finance houses, where the websites were tricky to navigate, I opened a 1 year fixed rate bond with Birmingham Bank in 15 minutes. Easy to open the account. No horrible warnings from my bank RBS when I tried to pay into the Birmingham account. It was a pleasure to deal with. A great start!
