We have been looking for some time for a reasonably priced and ethically sourced decaff which tastes like it isnt decaff. This looks as if it ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the brilliant review and loving our coffee!
A little disappointed this time.
One of the bags of coffee was two months old and so not the freshest. The others were fine. Delivery took 5 days. Not the same service which I received last time.

Hi Carol,
I am sorry that you're not happy with our service and hope that you can still enjoy the coffee, despite your disappointment. All our parcels are sent Royal Mail 48, which is a 2-3 working day service. The order you placed on Thursday afternoon was processed on the same day, dispatched the following day and was delivered on Tuesday morning. Please accept my sincere apologies for the order not being to your satisfaction. All the best, Cornelia
