We manufacture and distribute a wide range of building and decorating products under the name of Bird Brand (our family name) that goes back 6 generations. Our products are gaining a reputation for excellence in Garden centres, hardware stores, builders and decorating merchants throughout the UK, Ireland and other EU countries. Bird Brand has a wide spectrum of D I Y products such as Ecosote® which is an exclusive ground-breaking water based wood preserver and creosote replacement that is economical, effective and completely safe. We also offer a niche range of rustic stains and coal tar coatings for period and specialist applications. We pride ourselves on providing a good customer experience, right the way from order and delivery to the satisfaction of applying the final product. Many of these products can only be obtained from Bird Brand. The company has recently invested with an additional 23,000 square feet of new warehousing and with other site improvements, the company is well placed to see continued growth and improve its capabilities. The Directors of the business are the four members of the Jones family and remain fully focused on delivering quality products and superior service for many more years to come.

Hi Russell, sorry for the low score! We delivered your drum on our own van as you are in our catchment each Friday. You ordered Friday 23rd May and we delivered to your site the following Friday 30th, so that is 5 days minus a 1 bank holiday that is 4 working days! I know you called to say you couldn't find the delivery (we got a signature), so maybe that is why you say 10 days! Perhaps it's unfair that we only receive 2 stars. Thanks anyhow!
Good communication
Good communication from ordering to delivery, packaged very well and correct product, which worked really well to remove mould from fence panels. The only negative is the postage was the same price as products ordered, which made it an expensive buy, but would use company again.

A good product but service was not…
A good product but service was not good…first order arrived damaged, the stain pot was split and leaked in the box,not well packaged,after complaining they sent out new ones but the communication was terrible, no personal emails,no name on the emails and no apologies for the damaged goods…like I say good product but customer service is shocking…..

Thanks for sharing Kevin, yes sadly, buckets of liquid don't always get to their destination despite our best efforts! Our online chat and telephone lines are always manned during office hours to sort anything out. I can see replacement buckets of silver birch paint were sent out as standard. I am sorry your experience wasn't as good as we'd all liked though! Thanks.

Your shipper let you down. It was not next day it was the day after. I did not receive any reason from them for the delay.

Great delivery experience
I ordered 3 x 5litre timber treatments from Bird Brand. Delivery was prompt & my order arrived well packed in a very strong box marked "Fragile".

Quick response. Excellently packaged. The Clear Lamp Oil is a great product that burns well, with no discernible odour and no smoking - ideal for using indoors.
