Alex was helpful, informative and provided a no pressure sale, it was so relaxed I forgot to ask for a discount!
All jokes aside the car we purchased was priced well and was completely as described over the phone.
Well worth the 7 hour round trip and would definitely use again.

Great experience buying a car from this company. Alex was extremely helpful, stayed open late to accommodate me with no sales pressure. I felt he answered my questions honestly and very helpful on a follow up query. My car was delivered the next day & I love it!

I had a really positive experience with Birchwood Motors. Alex was the salesman and he was great, very different to most dealerships I have been to. Usually you have the hard sell and it was actually quite relaxed. I suppose you do not have to hard sell when you have reasonable prices to begin with but *speak as you find* Birchwood Motors are top drawer and would recommend to anyone

Super proffesional and friendly company to purchase my new car. I travelled all the way from Warwickshire based on their excellent reviews and wasn't disappointed when I arrived. It was a pleasure to meet Alex when I purchased a Volvo XC70, it was a refreshing change not to be hassled by any sales people. I was given the keys to the car, allowed to look around the car in my own time without someone hovering over your shoulder and was told to take it for a test drive and take my time! Alex took the time to show me the service history and answer any questions I had about the car. Super happy with both the customer service and the car!

Bought a Mini from Alex, there was no pressure with the sale left us to make a decision but there to answer any queries. There was a problem with one of the trims but he sorted this out for us straight away. Very good service and definitely recommend.

Bought a great little car with the team, it as in great condition and very much as advertised with no hard sell. Alex was extremely helpful and although there was a small mix up with regards the service plan, he was quick to recitify and ensure the car service was covered by them. A rare treat to work with such helpful and trustworthy car dealers.
