I tired the gin with the
I tried the gin with the, recommended, mixer of dry ginger in normal proportions. It was an interesting drink but, i felt, the dry ginger stifled the flavour of the gin and was not as refreshing as my normal G&T.
For reference my normal tipple is Bombay Sapphire (blue bottle) in the proportion of 25/75 in favour of Schweppes full fat, tonic.
