I started using the Bionic Gym the second week of April. I’m seeing real progress. I have lost 12 lbs. I’m down to 137 lbs. My goal weight is 132 or 130 lbs. I’m almost there.
I am the type of person that likes to do two things at once. So I love that I can get a workout in as I maybe cooking or cleaning.
My heart rate goes up and I am sweating while using it. I feel good after using the Bionic Gym. I have also noticed I am still burning calories after using it. My calorie burn for the day has gone up.
The Bionic Gym is so worth it.

MY HONEST REVIEW: DO NOT FALL FOR THE MARKETING. ❌I wanted to love the BionicGym because I am a busy 24/7 caregiver and needed a way to get my old workout routine back from home. But this device is a total "sticky torture" nightmare.1️⃣ The Setup is Incredibly Annoying: Putting on the massive fabric wraps is a frustrating, clumsy chore.2️⃣ The Proprietary Gel Pads are Pure Pain: Peeling these hydrogel pads off your skin is genuinely painful. Even with zero leg hair, the suction rips at your skin, leaves your thighs completely red and irritated, and leaves a gross, sticky residue behind. I had to take a full shower immediately just to get clean.3️⃣ Zero Cardiovascular Response: I ran this at intensity 20+ for an hour and my heart rate didn't change by a single beat. I didn't sweat or feel any cardio benefit at all.4️⃣ The Hidden Penalty Fee: When you realize it’s an impractical mess and try to return it within your "30-day window," you discover they hide a massive $82.25 restocking/hygiene fee deep in their policy. They charge you a financial penalty just to return a product that hurts your skin to use.Absolute waste of time and money. Save your cash and buy a simple, clean piece of home gym equipment instead of dealing with this messy hassle. (Posting this publicly because their support team tries to blame the customer rather than admitting their design is terrible!).

1. The Gel Pads & Skin Comfort: During the initial acclimation phase before your body begins to sweat the hydrogel pads can have a strong adhesion. A helpful tip to make removal completely pain-free is to lightly damp the edges of the pads with water or apply a water-based moisturizer around them before taking them off. This prevents skin irritation and eliminates residue.
2. Cardiovascular Response & Consistency: BionicGym is clinically proven to deliver an intense cardio workout, but like any real exercise, it requires consistency and the right effort, we always encourage customers to do their research before buying: this is not a magic pill Using the device for just a single hour will not yield immediate fitness or weight loss results. Furthermore, level 20 is a very low, introductory setting. To actually get your heart rate up and start sweating, you have to turn the intensity up high enough to make your thigh muscles rapidly contract and mimic heavy shivering. That "shivering" effect is exactly what creates the high metabolic demand and burns the calories.
3. Return and Hygiene Policies: We strive to be fully transparent with our community. Because the gel pads go directly onto the skin, they cannot be reused by anyone else for strict hygiene and safety reasons. A super warm recommendation
Hi all,
I'm 38 years old a gym rat and I work out as much as I can however I'm also a mom so as much as I can is not. I purchased the bio gym for those days when I simply don't have time to get a good workout in and I've only been using it for 3 days and already I can say as someone who has some experience with muscle activation, that the product provides really good muscle activation you are literally sore after using it just like you just finished a run. The cardio it provides is awesome and defective and not exhausting and doesn't make you hungry and want to eat your whole fridge. But the coolest thing I think for me is after using it for just 3 days my cellulite in my legs is already significantly less visible.
I had some problems with the delivery, and although it was not the fault of the company they were super helpful and helped me understand what was wrong and how to figure it out and always replied really really quickly to my emails and the customer service is amazing and you get a real feeling of a company that cares about it's customers. Really really recommended for those who do work out and for those who don't.

The bionicgym Pro HIIT has been a life saver to stay in shape when it is too hot to go outside. It is easy to use, it burns calories and has helped me lose weight. I now use it at least every other day for 4 hours on Twinkle Toes at 44 X2. I wish I had gotten it sooner.

I’m going to write an honest review in hopes the actual company reads it but also for anyone thinking of buying this piece of equipment.
I bought the hiit for 749$
I expected it to have a nice reusable case. It comes in a cheaply made cardboard box. I expected to have more pads than one set for when these five pit which happens quickly as they are just disposable pads that last well for one month tops. I expected easy to use I expected visually pleasing but mostly I expected for this equipment to work better than the 150$ ones from Amazon. The truth of the matter is it DOES NOTHING special. I use it every day. I am 6’ tall and very trim at 147 pounds. An ideal candidate for this as I am naturally athletic. It relieves some muscle stress pain like a tens machine after I get a real workout in but all in all this is a cheaply made cheaply delivered and underwhelming piece of equipment. I don’t mind spending money on quality equipment but this leaves you feeling severely taken advantage of and personally I believe this company should be ASHAMED of themselves. As someone who produces other types of equipment I know how little this cost them to build. DO NOT BUY.
Companies like this prey on people who are desperately looking for alternatives when injured, busy or out of shape and i cannot believe how many great reviews promote this it makes me think they give these away for positive posts.

Excellent support and a solution that really worked
I had a frustrating technical issue at first, and it took quite a while to fully identify the cause. However, I want to give a lot of credit to the BionicGym customer support team, especially Doha and Leil, for staying engaged throughout the entire process.
They were always kind, responsive, and willing to keep troubleshooting with me until we finally found the real issue. In the end, the problem was resolved, and my BionicGym is now working properly.
What stood out most to me was their persistence and care. Even though it was a long road, they did not give up on finding a solution, and that meant a lot to me.
I recently started a new lifestyle focused on healthier eating, strength training, maintaining muscle, and losing fat, so I am genuinely very happy that BionicGym is now working as the perfect addition to that routine.

I was 52 years old and 350lbs
I was 52 years old and 350lbs with bad joints and ankles, I tried several “workout systems” but couldn’t really jump in 100% because of my weight and health issues. I saw their social media ads and was skeptical, but bought into it because I wasn’t able to walk or run or do traditional exercise programs due to my health issues and ankle injuries.
They work exactly like they say! I was able to set my own pace and build up to professional levels. I got great workouts without the additional joint pain and over time was able to walk around the block again. Their customer service is amazing, quick to respond, answering all of my questions I had and just a great partner and help all along the way.
Now I’m 57 years old and 185 lbs and attribute my success to BionicGym. After a recent total ankle reconstruction surgery, I still use the system today to stay on track. Being able to get a daily workout keeps motivating me to stay healthy for my families sake.
I’m blessed today to able to travel more with my wife and kids and just play outside with my grandkids again. I can’t thank BionicGym and their staff enough for helping me get my life back!

This is a followup to my original 5 star review from a couple years ago. I am reviewing my recent experience with customer service, who were kind and helpful in helping me with a technical issue. As background, I have been using my Bionic Gym for several years and with great success. After many years of constant usage, I noted a technical issue with my controller/battery which my research into it confirmed it was primarily age and heavy usage related. I contacted customer service for guidance and they instantly responded in a friendly and helpful manner. The problem was quickly resolved in a manner that was above and beyond my expectation and it warranted this positive review. This company stands behind its product and their customers. You will never feel abandoned or without help, even several years after the purchase. I am a bonafide customer and my journey and successes with this product have been documented two years ago, after this program helped me lose over 100 pounds and return to a healthy state I had not experienced for many years of my now 71 years of age. Continued usage has helped me maintain this new state of health and I strongly encourage anyone who has struggled for years with losing weight, gaining muscles, and achieving overall health to investigate this device, it is real and it is backed by a great company.

Hearing that you have not only maintained your amazing 100+ pound weight loss but are also continuing to thrive and prioritize your health at 71 is beyond inspiring. Your dedication and consistent use of the device over the years is exactly what we love to see!
We are so glad our customer support team could step in and quickly get your controller issue sorted out. When a device sees as much heavy, dedicated use as yours has, wear and tear is bound to happen eventually, but as you said, we are always here to help. Life Changer
Dr. Louis Crowe should hire me as a spokesperson. I am a former competitive figure skater, model, award winning personal trainer and group fitness instructor and Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Corporate Fitness Director. Who would have ever guessed that I would later suffer a spinal cord injury and be told I would be a paraplegic? Not me! Anyway, I am in intensive physical therapy to relearn walking without crutches so I can walk through the infamous ‘ring’ at my son’s graduation at The Citadel in 2028. I found the Bionic Gym to be life changing. My specialist believes that the unit allowed my muscles to fatigue to relieve spasticity.

We have zero doubt that you are going to walk through that ring at your son’s Citadel graduation in 2028, and we are beyond honored that BionicGym is playing a role in helping you get there.
Hearing that your specialist recognizes how the device is helping fatigue your muscles to relieve spasticity is exactly why Dr. Louis invented this technology. To know it is genuinely life-changing for you means the world to our entire team.

I'm in the middle of packing to move. We put our house up for sale. Buying another. I'm 75 and haven't even tried the unit yet.

Good luck with the big move! Packing up an entire house and buying a new one is a huge project, so it is completely understandable that learning to use a new device hasn't been at the top of your to-do list.
Take all the time you need to get settled into your new place. The BionicGym will be ready whenever you are! Just let us know when you are unpacked and if you need any help getting started with your very first session.
