I’d been looking for a high fibre cereal to have for breakfast - was delighted to find I could buy a gluten free version directly from Bio&Me. Evri lost my parcel but customer services sorted me out with a new shipment via DHL and I’m now enjoying my gluten free breakfasts! Would highly recommend - it’s delicious.

I really believe Bio&Me is the best brand ever,it's not only delicious but the ingredients are always clean and great if you're following a vegans/vegetarian diet. I can't explain how much I love this brand as it literally helps me so much to eat healthier and the ingredients quality is actually great aswell, for example using extra virgin olive oil instead of ultra processed seed oils, just great in general you know. And let's not even talk about how good everything is, literally heavenly, I wish there was more products from this brand though I would really enjoy that.

Made an order 0815 23rd Sept. Paid extra for next day Evri delivery. Nothing since. Have taken money off card. Order still saying unfulfilled. No reply to emails. Telephone number goes straight to voicemail. No contact from them advising delay. Pretty bad service tbh

I thought Ide give these ago as a change from my usual porridge pot.
OMG, they might be healthy but both the original nut, and the apple and cinnamon are truly ghastly. Pretty bland, an odd aftertaste and the diced carrot pieces make it look exactly like what it tastes like!
Sorry, I can see lots of people like it, but definitely not for me!

I really enjoyed trying the Bio&Me Vanilla Matcha Kefir. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the combination of matcha and kefir, but the vanilla makes the flavour really pleasant and smooth. I also like that it has no added sugar and is an easy option when I want something quick during the day.

I surprised myself by recently buying a couple of boxes of Bio&Me overnight oats (the raspberry and pistachio flavours) on special offer in Tesco and, wow, are they good! The flavours are superb and, combined with the quality of the ingredients, they are definitely keepers. The other great thing is that you don't have to soak them overnight (I always forget), you really can eat them in three minutes and the texture is wonderful regardless. Yes, they are expensive but not compared to a serving of a premium cereal bar, say, and you can make each packet stretch by adding extra raisins and seeds, grated apple, carrot etc. as I do. I like eating them with the over-ripe bananas I always seem to collect, mashed with plant milk or apple juice and then stirred in. Really delicious and a revelation so well done, Bio & Me. Going down to Tesco now to see if I can snag a few more boxes!

Customers buying these products based upon the good gut health claims coming from a gut health doctor should be aware that their products are not organic. This means that the grains etc (particularly oats) have been sprayed with multiple chemicals whilst on the field, most notably glyphosate. Glyphosate disrupts the gut biome negatively (lots of research online). It is unfortunate that these products are allowed to be marketed as health foods, when they unfortunately are not. Bio & me admit to the use of glyphosate on there cereals when asked.

Great service

If you are solely looking for vegan porridge pots, without milk, this only contains 49% oats and the rest is other ingredients, nuts, seeds etc. Its considered gut healthy but if you only want plain oats without milk this is not it.

Fast delivery and excellent product

I really like the Bio&Me Super Seedy and Nutty Granola. It's a regular part of my morning breakfast. I love the crunchy texture and the mixture of seeds and nuts. It's nicely balanced and not too sweet. I usually have it with yogurt and fruit. Definitely one that I will keep buying. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed trying the Bio&Me Blueberry Granola. It has a lovely crunchy texture with a good mix of grains, nuts and fruit, and the blueberry flavour gives it a nice fruity taste. I particularly like that it has no added sugar and is high in fibre, making it a great option for breakfast or a quick snack.
It goes really well with yoghurt or milk, and I like that it’s plant-based and vegan-friendly. The granola is quite filling, so a small serving can go a long way.
A tasty, crunchy and convenient breakfast option, especially if you’re looking for something high in fibre without added sugar.

Bio & Me is one of my favourite healthy food brands. All the of products I have tried have been full of natural ingredients and no added sugars some really good healthy alternatives for my family.

Delivery was fast. Spiced Apple Porridge pots and Chocolate Porridge Pots are delicious. I've managed to get my teenager off chocolate waffles and on to these for breakfast. Even good for an evening/bedtime snack. The cocoa fibre and protein bars have been great for work snacks and are really tasty without any nasty additives. Love this brand!

I didn’t expect bio&me would be my everyday snack♥️ cocoa flavor is my favorite and the best part about bio&me is it got protein, fiber and less calories. 😋 absolutely delicious love it.

I have tried the Bio&Me Overnight Oats Pistachio & Chia. This is a healthy breakfast easy 3 mins idea and very convenient and easy to make. Filling as got the chia seeds.
I just love anything Pistachio so it is a perfect combination as it’s healthy too.
