Don't waste your money on Binderteks
Bindertek used to sell replacement parts, but apparently no longer does so. Now when a compressor bar or ring mechanism wears out, you have to buy an entire new (expensive!) binder rather than just replacing the part that is no longer working (and BTW, those compressor bars do not last long). Bindertek used to be a great product, but I would advocate against anyone starting out with them now.

Top Grade Binders and First-Class Service
I have been buying binders, hole punches, and other binder accessories from Bindertek for 15 years. The selection has always been diverse. Over the years, I have interacted with customer service members. Every single interaction with them has been great. The products withstand years of use (and abuse) in my law office, to the point that I have had to replace parts of the products, like the hole punch cutters and discs, because they wore out, but the product itself refused to die.
Recently, one binder mechanism failed right after delivery (i.e., there was no time for me or my staff to use/abuse it). It worked, but it would not close flush. I mentioned it to customer service. They immediately asked which one from my recent order was an issue and sent out a replacement. That is first-class service.
If they read this, thank you for your assistance over the years. Expand your product lines even more, please.

A crummy customer experience
Not an easy company to do business with. They don't pack their orders to prevent damage in transit, then hassled us with many password resets before addressing the replacement. I meanwhile decided that their $22 binders were not worth the purchase price--they don't close completely. So I asked to return them in exchange for the $11 model--and they insist on me sending them pictures to demonstrate what I don't like--and what they should already know. Clearly Bindertek thinks that customers have nothing better to do with their time, which is insulting. This purchase has been nothing but a waste of my time.

A Business for Business People
I needed stock certificates for my LLC companies. I could not source them from my local office supply company. After an internet search I found Bindertek. I needed to read the assignment verbiage on the back and called the Bindertek rep to email me a scan of the reverse side. The rep promised to do so and did almost immediately. I wish all my vendors were as responsive. I placed my order and was pleased with the quality of the product. I was also pleased with the Word template file on the Bindertek site to print professionally appearing certificates.

A bit more expensive than the regular …
A bit more expensive than the regular mass market binders but so much better. I have fifteen year old binders from them that still look like new. Any downside? The new generation of binders dont match the old in color or detail. Close, but not quite. Otherwise still very happy
