Order arrived quickly and well packaged, definitely planning to buy again

Ordered 5 cases of Paldea Evolved, asked if item was available and was told will be shipped the next day.

Nearly 2 weeks later order is cancelled because they didnt have any.

Not sure how long they will last when they treat orders and customers like this.

Purposely oversold preorders for a Pokémon product 2 months in advance at a premium, knowing fine well they wouldn’t be able to fulfil the orders. They also lied and told everyone all orders were guaranteed.

I have only placed two orders with this business, both of which have been overpriced (in comparison to the recommended retail price) and then subsequently cancelled. The second of these orders was placed two months ago and I have been, on several occasions, reassured that the stock was available only to be let down on the day of release. This is particularly frustrating because I didn’t attempt to secure the product elsewhere because of these reassurances and now I’m left with nothing. I’m still waiting for my money back too. The Pokémon TCG hobby is already difficult enough as it is without actual stores taking advantage of people too. Will not use again.

On March 3rd, I made a pre-order that was successfully processed and confirmed by the website owner on Discord that all orders would be fulfilled.

Over two months later, on the eve of the release date, I received an email informing me that my order could no longer be fulfilled.

Not only did they charge an additional £30 over the retail price, which appears to be a form of scalping, but they had held my payment for nearly ten weeks before suddenly informing me that they could no longer honour the order.

This experience has been a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly advise against doing business with this website.

If I encounter similar situations on their whatnot or other platforms, I will be compelled to express my dissatisfaction publicly.

Shop safely with Binderly, I have made numerous purchases and never had any issues. Great prices, fast shipping and a lovely team behind. Thanks as always!

Sent off for some cards to be graded via Binderly and got some MTG boxes from this company. Very helpful and will definitely use again.

Made numerous purchases from these guys, individual cards, packs of card and pre-ordered booster boxes. Never had any issues. Always well packaged and shipped promptly. Highly recommend.
