Where do I start.. this place sold me a fault car paid £2600 for it and then eight weeks later it cost the same amount plus to fix!! now I haven’t got a car for four weeks!! bought it with warranty as well warranty doesn’t cover it!! Avoid this place like the plague!!

DONT USE THESE PEOPLE. THE YOUTUBE CHANNEL PORTRAYS AMAZING DONT BE FOOLED.
I purchased a Vw Amorak from Binca for over 14k the engine had been completely rebuilt new dpf etc etc etc. Having collected my vehicle which was a GREEN vehicle in their system, which means ready to go, i purchased a good warranty recommended by Sam the Salesman from Warranty first. Feeling happy I was all covered i travelled home just over 120 miles home. The vehicle was used just to poodle around locally. The first time I travelled up a large hill and had to really accelerate the car burst into flames under the bonnet. The vehicle is diesel, i couldn't believe my eyes.
Someone had not clipped the high pressure clips on one of the injectors and after having to accelerate hard, diesel was sprayed all over the dpf and exhaust causing flames and smoke everywhere. If I had have had water with me the car would have been a write off. The first words from the recommended Warranty Company were we dont cover fire damage. This then started a 47 day saga of Binca sort of helpful but not really and a Warranty company who are happy to take your money but expect you to do all the work. 47 days no car, no help, no compensation and just because after nearly two months of agro I have the vehicle back I should be happy . Best part of 2k in repair bills and to find out that the agm battery that was fitted to the vehicle was also sub-standard really inspires trust in the BINCA BRAND DEFINATELY NOT. JEROME and SAM both new i was DISABLED and I hoped understood, that i had to have automatic and a 4x4 for the height. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE KARMA spiel in the YouTube videos.
The moment you drive out the gates you are on your OWN. WARRANTY FIRST who BINCA PROMOTE, ARE HOPELESS AND UNHELPFUL. Any problembs you may have after you leave those gates don't expect much help unless you really push. You email and OH SORRY WE MISSED YOUR FOUR EMAILS !!!! Also be careful when you see a price advertised on their site for a green vehicle check your finance quote. I didn't and the price of the vehicle had gone up ??? I CAN PROVE EVERYTHING IN THIS REVIEW. My fault but never again. That's what you get when you trust people like BINCA as a DISABLED PERSON !!!!! MY ADVISE AVOID BINCA especially the SO CALLED GREEN VEHICLES. They obviously don't check vehicles that they provide to customers. BUYER BEWARE.

Dont waste your time with binca unless you want to be offered silly money for your car, we buy any any car are well know for offering the lowest price for buying you car. BINCA offer even less! So good luck dealing with them

My son purchased a Vauxhall Mokka for £2450. car was advertised as a good runner under the Amber brand, sales person was approachable and friendly, car purchased and was informed that no warranty but was able to purchase one, car was covered under the Consumer rights act. Bought on a Saturday, driven away on the day, Sunday engine light came on, thought id go back to Binca to get it sorted, they looked at the car on Monday, they took it into their garage for 2 hours, said they could not find a fault, light cleared, driven it away. Next day Tuesday engine light comes on again, contact Binca, they said take it to a garage and get a diagnostic done (£48) fault discovered, the oil was leaking badly from engine causing the car not roadworthy. Contacted Binca they said ok get the car back to them, car is in Derby and not roadworthy, recovery is required. Binca said that they will see what they can do. No comms for 2 days, contacted them again and they said as I had come into their garage without an appointment on the first fault and no fault could be found it was our responsibility now to get the vehicle back and the cost for the transport is OUR responsibility even though a video of the fault was sent to them showing the fault. A refund was offered only after WE had to return the vehicle, transport arranged and car dispatched (£168), car returned and had to send several emails requesting a refund, after 5 days, refund received only for the purchase of the vehicle and not the cost of the diagnostic and transport of the vehicle. HOW is this fair and actions of a responsible dealer. ADVISE check, ensure and get confirmation in writing before you buy a car from BINCA if a fault is found within the period they are LEGALLY obliged to cover.

Don’t waste your time or money.
I reserved a car through auto trader and was in talks of receiving the relevant information to finalise our purchase. We received a walk around tour of the car at 5pm and was unable to get through to the office before closing due to no one being available. Fast forward to today 3/9/25. This morning we attempted contact multiple times, upon getting through at 10am we were told our reservation was removed as the car required further prep - alignment, alloy wheel refurb and two new tyres. Might I add we were already informed prior to this the tyres where in good condition. Instead of being given the opportunity to continue our purchase our deposit was removed and the price of the car was increased by almost £700!! When calling to discuss our grievance of this clear unprofessional act. I was greeted with the phone being put down on me. I proceeded to call multiple times with each time the phone was answered and no one replied. I was clearly being ignored. I then spoke to a young lady who had been very helpful throughout our experience until now. Who informed me this was not normal practise and recommended I sent an email but no manager would be available to speak to me. I then mentioned I felt this would go unheard again after having the phone put down on me. To then be told perhaps the car isn’t for you if you’ve had that bad of an experience. I have worked in the motor trade for many years and this is disgusting behaviour when treating customers fairly. You have not only pushed someone that would have been open to these changes had you made me aware but you have now priced the car way out of the current market value.
It is clear this company has no idea regarding being courteous or how to treat a potential buyer with respect. As shown in previous review replies.
To add further to this my partner has now also been blocked via the watsapp correspondence of the car.
It is clear this company is unable to take criticism.

I purchased a 2017 Mercedes E class from Binca. The service from start to finish was really impressive. The car was in very good condition (other than some age related marks which is expected on an old vehicle) I had asked for a video before making the journey down which they showed all of the marks on the vehicle so there was no unexpected surprises. The staff were all very friendly and more than happy to help. The site is very clean and well looked after. I would definitely recommend Binca as a place to purchase a vehicle. Thank you for all your help

Not to be trusted.I spoke with them on the phone and confirmed that I was coming to buy a car; they did not inform me that someone else was coming; they knew I was on my way, and when I was 10 minutes away, they called to tell the car had been sold.My business is car transport.Now i just lost £50 because of them not knowing how to be fair on the business or racist(on my accent).I don't know but........

Thank you for a brilliant, friendly service and reassuring attention to detail – here’s why. Having seen a superb low mileage Land Rover Discovery Sport on the Binca website, we made contact and spoke with Haden, who prepared the car for us on a Saturday, giving us all the time we needed to look over and test drive the car. It was fabulous and an easy choice and we agreed to buy it and collect it on the following Tuesday. What happened next is the reason for this very positive feedback. On the morning we had arranged to collect the car, Haden phoned to say that an engine management caption had come on and that he had already taken the car to a Land Rover specialist who had immediately narrowed the fault to one of 2 sensors in the exhaust system. As a precaution, Haden had instructed the specialist to replace both sensors at considerable cost to Binca and the fault was cured. Then, when we first drove the car we realised that the SD card for the SATNAV was missing; they’re expensive and evidently people often remove them , mistakenly believing that they can re-use them in their new car. Haden instantly informed us that Binca would get a new one for us from Jaguar Land Rover and we now have it working perfectly in our Discovery. We are delighted and from the exceptional support we have had, we can recommend Binca with absolute confidence. Nick

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Arranged to go and see a car. All parties agreed a date and time. Travelled 120 miles to be told that they couldn't get the car for me to see! Run by kids and are complete amateurs. Avoid at all cost.
