Great communication, quick responses, and followed up to check everything worked well. A+ and can’t fault at all.

Recently did a nbt retrofit and a great job was done. Even though I was asking question on question on question they were always kind and patient with the responses. And the work was flawless and the price was fair. I recommend anybody wanting to do this retrofit to check them out!

Had our Mini and BMW flashed with iDrive 6 and Apple CarPlay installed. The process was very straightforward with clear instructions given. Both cars now have Apple CarPlay which works perfectly. A great price in comparison to other sites and was done in about 30 minutes for each car. Highly recommended.

I had CarPlay added to my car previously a while ago by Bimmer Remote but only the half screen. I got fed up of the half screen so messaged them on Instagram for idrive update and fullscreen.. Within a few hours of messaging it’s all done! The process of upgrading was so pretty quick around 30 minutes. I’m a BMW fan boy now so next car I get I’ll be sure to use BR again!!

Overall very responsive on the initial scheduling. When it came time to do the coding session I misunderstood the appointment time but they were very understanding and said they can do it again later in the day. This was extremely helpful as I had to install coilovers the next day and it would have caused problems otherwise not coded. They were in and out very fast and cooperative with my situation. I highly recommend them and will go back for more.

CarPlay on my 2019 X3 for a fraction of the cost! Bimmer Remote sent out all the necessary guides and software needed for the install just minutes after ordering. It was available for Mac OS too. With clear guidance on what you need to do, and responsive over emails if you had any queries. Saved me over £400 doing it this way and if I can do it (no experience tinkering with cars) then anyone can.

Upgraded my F80 from iDrive 5 to 6 and added full-screen Apple CarPlay. Within 12 hours of ordering I had an appointment set up at my convenience for a remote installation - was extremely quick and professional. Huge upgrade for the car at a very reasonable price.

Purchased the Apple Play product from these guys and it worked like a charm saved me over £200 so happy days it worked like a charm :)

I purchased the pack for CarPlay from the site but since my BMW F36 already have some software mods CarPlay had to be installed manually using ENET cable, laptop, and TeamViewer. Everything took around 15 minutes and now I have CarPlay!
The communication was really easy and super fast through out the whole process!

Great experience did the LCI and CS tune for my 24 G87 made the car so much more driveable and faster. Clear instructions for connection. Great communication. Will be my go to for any coding or maps.

Been a month since I’ve been trying to figure how to activate full screen mode for my existing CarPlay. Almost seemed impossible until I explored bimmer-remote.com and man!!! Instant support, response to every query and message and same day schedule for the remote coding and it was all done in 30 minutes. Have full screen activated in my car now and finally the screen seems like what it deserves to be.

These guys are really helpful, fast and efficient. It took them no time at all to install my upgrade and I had 2 services done through them.

BMW Dealer hard resetted my car to factory settings, disabling Carplay. One email to Bimmer Remote and the solution to restore was Carplay was answered with no fuss or any extra payment. Really happy with the service and contact from Bimmer Remote is virtually instant. Highly Recommend.

I bought Apple Car play for my BMW 1. They sent all the instructions written and as video also. The installation was easy thanks to their email.

I bought apply car play for my 2018 X3.
Initially I was a bit hesitant but thought to gamble for $55 haha.
But my gambled paid off and it’s working that too in full screen.

Bought the carplay activation package. They’ve sent incorrect code at first but then corrected their mistake quite quickly. First code arrived in 1.5h after purchase, second one arrived in the morning (tried activation late at night). Rather quick customer support but recommend doing this in during the GMT/UTC+1 working hours in case something like this happens.

Worked with Bimmer-remote - Quick responses and really helpful and flexible with time. He knocked out my upgrade in 30 min and it's awesome! I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants any additional features on their BMWs... thanks again!
