May his rotten sould suffer in his last days. R646 is not small amount to just throw it away

I made an order on 26 June 2026. Had I seen the comments here I wouldn't have ordered from them. Their website is off

My order was placed on June 6, 2026 - with the company stating it has a 2-3 business day shipping time, which it does bill for mind you.

I have had some luck with responses from their Whatsapp, but these are one liners like 'expect next week' or 'I will send the tracking data today' but then never receiving any update (for weeks) or any shipping. It has been a total mess where I have not even received a receipt of payment for the order other than the payment leaving my account from the payment intermediary.

I recommend anyone considering buying to stay* away* from this company. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had from a store on Shop. If you have already ordered from them, I would recommend you directly communicate with the bank or payment processor to refund your order as this is a robbery in broad daylight.

I cannot believe we've come this low as a society that perfume scams are now a thing.
Do yourself a favor and report them to stop others from having to suffer the same fate.

Still waiting for my order since 11 June, avoiding my messages and calls, will report to his bank soon.

⁸I also place an order with Billionaire Parfums on the 18 June 2026 no confirmation of the order nothing they don't communicate instead he blocks you after receiving your money then he is done with you instead the only respond I got from him was he will delivery my order this week it's almost over and no communication and I revealed the complaints online he said I must get my orders from these complaints, I have reported him to his bank fraud department attached all the screenshot of payment and communication its now under investigation hopefully he will be stopped as he is a scammer on facebook.

Bought perfumes from them haven't received them tried to contact them no respond to anyone reading this don't buy from them they are a scam buy at your own risk

Billionaire Parfums is a scam. Been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks. They don't reply to emails or WhatsApp and they remove customer complaints under their social media pages so that people fall into their trap. This company and website is a scam.

I ordered 3 perfumes it's been 2 weeks now I haven't received them when I contact them they don't reply on their WhatsApp and they blocked me on Facebook .. billionaire Parfums is a scam
