We're a Colorado-based Mental Health Billing and Credentialing firm extending our expertise to Healthcare Providers throughout North America's 50 states. Our mission is to relieve providers of the burdensome task of collections, allowing them to focus on patient care while we tackle their Billing Headaches. Despite being a small billing company, we're rapidly expanding by delivering exceptional services. Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible and accessible, with fees starting at 5% of Total Monthly collections or $250, whichever is higher, per month for our billing services.

Literally saved my business…and my sanity!!
I don’t know what Facebook group led me to Billing Remedies but I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s a long story, but my previous biller recently passed away and leading up to that tragic moment, there were so many claims unpaid, denied, in limbo or as it turns out unsubmitted!. Daily texts or calls asking why things didn’t clear, being told she had to sit for hours on the phone with the insurance companies, etc. And I paid by the hour! I was frantic to find a company or a person to take over and one that could do so much more efficiently and as a sole proprietor, one that didn’t cost a fortune. I reached out and spoke to an incredibly helpful man named, Jason, who patiently walked me through everything the company did and put my mind at ease. And because they work with Simple Practice, it streamlined everything so well. When I say I sleep better at night now than since I started working virtually in 2020, that is not an exaggeration. Super quick to respond, very clear communication and recouped literally thousands of dollars of “lost revenue” from mismanaged claims, in record time no less. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are TRUE to their name!! My only regret is that I didn’t find them from the beginning!

Super Helpful
I had the same billing service for almost 2 decades. They were great until 4 years ago when they completely went down hill. It was scary unraveling from my old biller and moving to someone new. But Billing Remedies has been a SAVIOR!!! My frustration and unnecessary stress has been eliminated and I am so happy. Jason has been amazing - super responsive and professional. He follows up on things and alerts me to issues before they become problems. Nothing is left hanging. Jason has been incredibly helpful and made my transition smooth. I am very grateful.

I've had a great experience with this…
I've had a great experience with this billing company for handling my insurance claims. They’ve been efficient, reliable, and have significantly reduced the stress of managing claims on my own. The process has been smooth, and their team is knowledgeable and responsive.
The only downside has been that I initially thought they offered credentialing services as well, but they don’t. That being said, if you’re looking for a company that specializes in insurance claim management, they’re an excellent choice!

Billing Remedies LLC is FANTASTIC. Their attention to detail is so great. They get our claims paid quickly and easily. Because of the work that they do, I can see more clients without worrying about getting paid. I would recommend them to any Counselor that wants help with billing.

Billing Remedies has been the answer to my prayer. I’ve received billing services elsewhere before, but I ran into all sorts of issues. A practitioners dream! …
This company is truly a practitioner’s billing dream come true! Jason took on all of the details of billing and walked me through every initial step that only I could complete, and went above and beyond to research and advise me of exact steps for things outside his scope. He submits claims within 24 hours, and is consistently immediately responsive. After 20 years in private practice, I can finally exhale and know that he’s got absolutely everything billing related.

Billing Remedies is professional and pleasant
Billing Remedies staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful with questions you may have. They are professional and fast with billing and getting claims paid. Also, all the staff that I spoke with were very pleasant.
