They never call in sick and there was no problem with staff no shows when your office is really full.
Management have tailored the services according to my needs and they were always very accommodating for any extra work I needed to get done.
My virtual MA calls patient to schedule their appointments,answer phone calls overflow as well as receive call when I need them to take it in case of a busy day
They call my patients with lab and image results , notify them of any messages me and my medical assistant in clinic want them to relay that to my patient pool. They does all my prior auth for drugs and different tests and referrals specially HMO insurance.
They requested patients records and notified me as they received it in timely manner.
my in office staff was very happy as it takes away a lot of work from them as prior auth could be so time consuming and painful.
I already had a billing company so they did not do my billing but they always asked if I needed any extra help they could have helped me in that area too as they have well experienced staff / billers for that too.
I am very thankful to Mr Safi who is the CEO of the company and manages the operation very closely . If I have any question , concerns or suggestions, he listens and act on it very quickly as he is very accessible all the time . I always get response when I call to reach him
