I ordered an item 18 days ago and still ir is not processed and shipped yet. They keep saying that they have a lot of orders and that they will ship soon. I think that because they have declared bankruptcy, they will not ship it. They still offering new stuff on their web site, but everything is final sale now. They do not want to cancel my order saying that it was a final sale, but it is not indicated on my bill and I do not remember that it was when I made my order. When I ordered, I did not know that they declared bankruptcy. Be careful, if you buy something, you might not get it.

Schnelle Lieferung bei zwei Bestellungen, Qualität war sehr gut für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da super Schnäppchen gemacht. Mehrere Größen bestellt und zurückgesendet, hat alles prima geklappt, plus schnelle Bearbeitung der Retourren. Hatte dem Kundendienst noch eine Frage gestellt und schnelle Antwort erhalten.
PS: Nachdem ich bestellt hatte und dann die Bewertungen auf Trustpilot gesehen hatte, war ich richtig geschockt 😮 Aber hier kann ich die schlechte Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen und nur darauf hinzuweisen, dass Billabong es wohl nicht gerne sieht, dass man Getragenes oder Gebrauchtes retourniert.
Reso senza rimborso
Ho fatto un ordine di una felpa di 139€ e ho fatto il reso il 4 novembre 2024 , ho richiesto 6 volte perché non era accreditato l' importo e non ho avuto mai risposta. Ho allegato la ricevuta della spedizione che ho fatto tramite Poste italiane .
E impossibile contattare l' azienda, dicono di scrivere al servizio cliente che non risponde.

If I could give Billabong 0 stars I would. I don’t know what has happened to this company but they have gone downhill massively. They never sent my items, didn’t answer my emails (unable to call as no number available) and only responded at the 11th hour when I put a claim through PayPal. It’s a shame as we used to order from them a lot but never again. If you want to give this company your money and not receive the items, go ahead but you have been warned.
Delivery did not turn up
Recently ordered 2 tee shirts, the part order arrived within a week. I had an email saying the other tee shirts had been shipped (tracking number was issued to follow the delivery). Tried to follow the delivery using the tracking number supplied only to be notified the tracking number is none existent.
I have emailed several times but I have had no answer. Tried to call the customer service number but guess what number is incorrect.
Strongly recommend nobody to use this company, customer service/care or support team is none existent just like the tracking number.

Nunca más volveré a comprar nada de la marca Billabong. Que indignación!! Resulta que compro en la página oficial de Billabong un traje de neopreno de alta gama,ya que en la tienda en la que suelo comprar mis trajes no tenian mi talla. Todo muy bien!! Llega el neopreno de 400€ y el mismo día que lo estreno,ya de muy mala leche le noto que tiene entradas de agua por las costuras y sellados!! Me dispongo a ponerme en contacto con ellos vía email porque como producto nuevo tiene sus 2 años de garantía. Primer email! Contestación de invitación a esperar a que se pongan en contacto conmigo. Segundo email!! Seguir esperando a que se pongan en contacto conmigo. Tercer email! No hay contestación. Todo esto desde el primer email al último un tiempo transcurrido de 2 meses aprox!! Ya no espero ningún tipo de respuesta ni solución al respecto.Es indignante que está gente nos robe nuestro dinero y que no se pueda hacer nada.Sinvergüenzas!! También quiero decir,que yo pelearé e iré donde sea para que está gente no se salga con la suya.
Error de ellos = no tramitan devolución de dinero
El 27/11 recibí el pedido de otra persona. Al día siguiente, tramité la devolución y a día de hoy 16/12, aún no he recibido la devolución del dinero. Me parece una atención al cliente pésimo y más teniendo en cuenta que el error ha sido de ellos y el precio de sus productos. Tengo muy claro que no volveré a comprar nada más en esta e-shop y no se lo recomendaré a nadie.

just impossible to track your order, insist you download an app to track but all it does is show you adverts, Once i actually found out the Courier Company it was Couriers Please the second worse company on the planet, just behind Aramax that is . You also can not save a password, every time you log in you have to wait for an email. super annoying and now it’s late and the CP website has expected delivery yesterday

La pero experiencia que he tenido nunca. Me falta un articulo por el que he pagado 80 euros, no me llega y me dicen que ellos confirman que ha salido del almacen. No me dan solucion y he perdido el dinero. Llevo casi 3 semanas intentando que por lo menos me envien de nuevo la prenda que falta.

Complete mess! Awful service. Do not buy from this company. Returned an order to the US which was even a hassle, they then received it but never refunded or acknowledged the return therefore making me lose the product and my money due to Paypal refusing the case as it was over 30 days since delivery to my address. No decorum at all, do not waste your time with these people.

Won’t allow to return from Canada
I am located in Canada but ordered something from US site only to find out I am unable to return from Canada even if I pay for shipping myself. This is predatory business practice and this is not properly explained on the website. While I like their cloth customer service is awful…I do not recommend buying online their products.
Billabong online I dont like to write bad reviews but…
I dont like to write bad reviews but apalling customer service needs to be called out recently Billabong offered Tshirts at 30% off I selected a Tshirt that showed the 30% off and the original price was struck out and the discount price was advertised, when I added the item to the cart the disount wasnt showing. I then took a screenshot of the item showing the 30% discount plus the price was struck out and the discount price was showing I sent this to Billabong who responded the item wasnt on sale - even though I sent a screen shot. This is in breach of ACCC false adverttising rules and Billabong should be selling at lowest price advertised acording to ACCC, I went back to Billabong re there dishonest advertising practices but they have not responded disgracefull customer service false advertising be ware.
The negative reviews aren't wrong
The negative reviews aren't wrong. While I love their stretch boardshorts (I've bought many over the past several years), their customer service completely undoes any positive feelings I once had about the company. For example, I received three swimsuits that were not as described in the website (advertised as 4-way stretch, but had zero stretch), and one of them was too small. The fact that it didn't stretch would have been a deal breaker, but it plainly stated in the description that it was 4-way stretch, so I bought it. The part about being too small was admittedly my mistake, as I accidentally forgot to select M on one of them in the order, and got the default S. Where that part becomes their customer service issue is that I noticed my error within seconds of submitting the order online, and couldn't see a way to cancel. I called Billabong customer service, only to be told that they couldn't cancel orders once placed, but I could return it for a refund once received. I thought that was ridiculous, since I had just placed the order less than a minute before placing the call, but what was I to do? I returned the small one after it finally arrived (kept the ones that fit), but they then charged me $7.99 service charge to get my refund. They should have just cancelled the order before shipping since it had been placed literally seconds before I called, but they refused to. The phone rep wasn't friendly or helpful, just said it couldn't be done. I haven't received what's left of my partial refund yet, but I expect (hope) I will get it at some point. By the way, I left a negative review on their website about the whole experience weeks ago, but it still hasn't shown up on their website. I hope they'll get around to it one day. I think I'm finally done with Billabong, and it's honestly sad to see such a recognized brand damaging its own reputation like this. I hope they can turn it around.
Edit: I did get my reduced refund. Raising from one to two stars. It would have been four stars if the material hadn't been misrepresented, and a $7.99 restocking fee deducted from my refund. While it's true that I ordered a smaller size than intended, I could have probably still kept and worn it if the material had indeed been 4-way stretch as advertised on their website.
