This helmet saved my life!
Delivered a trustworthy product, quickly and easily. Had my helmet been damaged in transit, or delayed, I may not have had the protection I needed. After being struck by a car, while riding, the helmet performed perfectly. I could have been more seriously injured if not for the mips technology.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE
I bought a Polygon Siskiu T8 a couple years ago from BikesOnline. Back then they were great but kind of expected during the sales process. It wasn’t until a couple years later that I found out what their real customer service was like when my derailleurs’ inner plate snapped.
I have not ridden this bike for what its capabilities are and done very little trail riding… and the bike shows it. I sent the information to “Mia”(Marinela)with pictures of the bike and the derailleur she told me it was out of warranty with Shimano since it had been over two years.
From a business perspective, I totally understand that, but Mia stepped up and told me that she would reach out to Shimono and see if they would honor their warranty based on the limited use of the bike in the condition shown of the bike in the derailer at the time it broke.
During this whole process, Mia took the time to send me pictures and video links trying to help me through the process and to understand what had happened.
Not only did she stand by her word, but she went above and beyond what I expected from customer service when there was no return for the company except to support their customers. They knew from my account that I’m not a heavy rider or a customer that purchases often but I know now that if I need anything, Mia and BikesOnline.com.
Thank you Mia!! And BikesOnline!!

I bought a Polygon Siskiu T8 a couple of years ago from BikesOnline. At the time, their service during the sales process was great — but honestly, that’s somewhat expected when making a purchase. It wasn’t until a couple of years later that I truly experienced what their customer service was like.
Recently, the inner plate on my derailleur snapped. I haven’t ridden this bike anywhere near its full capabilities and have done very little trail riding — and the condition of the bike clearly reflects that. I reached out to Mia and sent pictures of both the bike and the damaged derailleur. She explained that the Shimano warranty had technically expired since it had been over two years.
From a business perspective, I completely understood. However, Mia went above and beyond by offering to contact Shimano directly to see if they would still honor the warranty based on the bike’s limited use and excellent condition at the time of failure.
Throughout the entire process, Mia kept me informed, sending helpful photos and video links to guide me and help me understand what may have happened. She truly took the time to help rather than simply closing the case.
Not only did she follow through on her word, but she exceeded every expectation I had for post-purchase customer service. There was no obvious benefit to the company other than standing behind their customer — and that made a lasting impression. Even though I’m not a heavy rider or a frequent purchaser, they treated me like a valued customer.
I now know that whenever I need anything bike-related, I’ll be coming back to Mia and BikesOnline.
Thank you, Mia — and thank you, BikesOnline!

Did not respond to several emails
Did not respond to several emails. Finally got ahold of someone on the phone and he was helpful. Placed my order. Bike arrived later than anticipated and they sent the wrong color.
NS XD Driver! Buy while you can
Bikes online is a solid website. I use them fairly often.
Great bike!!!…
The sizing chart and reviews were spot on. Yes the bike is heavy, but I dont have to worry about it falling apart. Rides great shifts smooth. After running around 70 miles on it, I would definitely buy it again.
Do not buy from these people!!
Do not buy from these people! This is my 2nd bike. 1st one was great, but I lived in SoCal - shipping was easy and it was an analog bike. My 2nd bike is the Tambora eBike ($5K) and shipped to Central Fla. - not so great! When the bike arrived, the FedEx driver had to pick up all the boxes that had crashed during delivery - I had to tell the driver to get the F off my bike as he was standing on the box laying on the floor picking up all the other boxes - NOT COOL! The box was DESTROYED!!! He was looking inside the box for damage. I opened the box, pulled out the bike still fastened together and inspected it - it looked OK so I accepted the bike. Next comes assembly. All ok until I put the seat on - missing ALL the seat post fastening hardware - can't ride the bike. Next comes the eTap shifters - one won't connect. I have to go to Grok to learn about the system. After some time, I discover that both shifter batteries are bad (WTF) and the "B" bolt is out of alignment. I called 3 times, used their stupid chat bot, then finally left an email for someone to contact me - crickets!!! No documentation of ANYTHING or where to find it or how to set it up, connect it - nothing! The manual is not even for this bike - trash! There are some accessories that come with the bike, some are obvious and some I have no idea. Poor customer service. Still can't ride my bike - I hope the motor works!!!
Would buy from again for certain
I was a bit skeptical of this site/company. I found a great deal on a Superior 939 Aluminum XC bike on their site that seemed way too good to be true considering the part spec on it.
Contacting someone via the listed phone numbers didn't work well but I submitted a contact request form on the site and was reached out to by Ryan Stock at the company. I had a phone call with him and he answered all my questions.
And now I have a killer, pretty much race ready, xc bike in my stable. Can't thank Ryan enough for his help and putting my unease to rest.
I will for sure be checking their site more often for other gear as well.
Shipping was very fast, and assembly was excellent. I just had to put on some pedals, attach the dropper cable, attach the bars to the stem, and get the air pressure sorted and it was ready to go.
Great company
Great company, very helpful! Great products!
Solid Bike, Awesome Customer Service
I received my Xtrada 6 within a week. Everything went together easily. Unfortunately the rear brake had some squish to it and the dork disc rubbed the cassette (not enough clearance). Contacted customer service and they were very helpful. Recommended bringing it to my local bike shop and having the problems diagnosed and assured that BikesOnline would reimburse the costs. My shop determined that the rear brake needed to be replaced. They also removed the dork disc on my request and trued up the rotors. BikesOnline agreed to send out a new rear brake with next day shipping. My shop installed it and got the bike running as it should. BikesOnline refunded the labor costs and made everything right.
So was the bike perfect out of box? No. When buying a new bike, we expect perfect, but things happen for whatever reason. The most important part is that BikesOnline owned the issue, communicated clearly, presented all options, and made good on what they promised in a prompt timeline.
The Xtrada 6 is a solid entry level bike. Sizing is true as advertised. I am 6'1 with 35" inseam and XL fits well. I have adjustment both ways, so a L would have been a bit crampt. Very pleased with this bike! Thanks BikesOnline and rep. Jeredi.
The purchase process was simple
The purchase process was simple. Making a large purchase like this online always brings anxiety. Bikes online has neutralized the stress. The packing of my bike also was a work of art, the instructions were laid out step by step to allow someone with no experience to fully assemble a e bike within a couple hours of it arriving on my doorstep. Your advertising stats the importance of simplification and customer service two very important aspect of the buying experience, both those goals were achieved in my interaction with bikes online…thank you
BikesOnline is great!
Very trustworthy company. Fast shipping and items were received as described.
Great Bike, Great Price
I’ve been really impressed with this gravel bike from the very first ride. On the road, it feels fast, smooth, and efficient—easy to keep speed and comfortable over longer distances. Once you leave the pavement, it really shines. The bike handles mixed terrain confidently, whether it’s hardpack, loose gravel, or rougher sections.
What really sets it apart is the value. The quality, ride feel, and versatility you get at this price point are hard to beat. I liked it so much that I ended up buying bikes for my kids as well, and they’ve been just as happy with theirs. It’s been a great option for our whole family, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a capable, fun, and well-priced gravel bike.
I really wanted to buy a Polygon Siskiu…
I really wanted to buy a Polygon Siskiu T8 from Bikesonline. Prices went up after the tariff situation which I understand. The bike I wanted was out of stock, so I signed-up to be notified when it was back in stock. I was notified TWICE in the same 24 hours that it was back in stock, yet multiple checks showed the size and color I asked for was still out of stock. Now it is shown as discontinued, and the only option is to by the UDF version which is several hundred more for only some minor geometry tweaks. So, the price went from around $1500 to $1800 and now to $2500. Talk about price gouging! In addition, their "Free shipping over $99" does not apply to bikes. Read the small print, I guess. They add another charge automatically at checkout for free returns. I didn't ask for that. I'm telling you, this company reeks of dishonesty. While I REALLY want the bike, I've resigned myself to look at other brands and different retailers. I'll likely stick with my LBS which is ALWAYS a better option anyways. And, you know, the price difference isn't that big anymore. Buyer beware -- if they treat you this way before the purchase, I can only imagine the train-wreck afterward. Sigh. OK, now I'm moving on. :)
BEWARE their returns policy and service very poor.
Buying exp was good....but BEWARE their prominently advertised "Free Returns" policy does not cover anything but bikes (presumably). Bought a Helmet that was too small (even though it was largest that they had) and returning a $35 purchase at my own expense (esp given their over the top return requirements) will be pointless in terms of cost. Worse still was how long it took for them to acknowledge my return request......definitely would not trust them with a larger and more expensive item. I will stick to the local bike shop from now on.
They Stand Behind Their Product
I bought my grandson a polygon mountain bike for around $600 in July of this year (2025). When I received the bike I was quite pleased with its look and quality. He, of course, loved it! He rode it nearly every day until November, when his mother called me to report that a pedal had fallen off. It seems there was a defect in the threading of the crankarm, which I came to learn is a fairly common problem in mass-produced bikes. Well, Bikes Online asked for a couple of photos and took care of the problem immediately! My customer service agent, Marinela, handled it exceptionally well. Stuff happens! It is gratifying to know that this company stands behind their products! They took ownership and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. I have nothing but good things to say about Bikes Online. Good product at a good price.
Bikes Online is the real deal
I was on the fence about an online bike purchase, but Bikes Online delivered a nice Superior XP 929, the assembly was less than 15 minutes and the bike was ready to ride with no initial adjustments needed out of the box.
Frame was as described
Frame was as described. Good value for the price and quick shipping.
Misleading Customer Service/Warranty Resulted in Wasteful Service Costs
I had purchased a bike for over $2,000. Not the most "expensive" but still over $2,000. I had an issue with my bike. It had an unsual front derailleur problem where it was loose that wasn't consistent with any force or anything. It was loose where the it was screwed it apparently too tightly and it cracked.
I sent a video to customer service. They told me: "You may take your bike to your local shop so they can inspect and determine the issue with the front derailleur. Once it’s fixed, please send me the receipt, and we’ll refund you for the service cost."
So then I took it to a local store like they told me to. They serviced it. I then submitted the receipt.
Afterwards, they claim that they do not refund replacement parts and indeed do not refund the service costs.
They then state that they need to go to the manufacturer's warranty claim. Instead of doing this, they closed my ticket.
Website was easy to navigate and order…
Website was easy to navigate and order the bike frame that I saw. Delivered as promised.
Pricing was fair
Pricing was fair, and shipping was quick. I had no issues that required any customer service support so all good.
