This product does not give the readings especially the blood Glucose and there is no way you can speak with any one and no instructions for any return, to me they are selling devices with FALSE information on their adverts .
I feel I paid £40.00 for a device which is NOT NON INVASIVE , that money would have been better if I had sent it to a charity.

scam they send the item 3 times under different names PayPal is allowing this activity. they will not refund any return PayPal refuses to help and sides with the scammers do not order this product they will sendd three different items and over charge they will not give a refund ALERT..Paypal is working with them stay away from Paypal

I purchased this item to keep track of my blood sugar. What I recieved was an "OXIMETER". I requested a replacement, with an offer to return the "OXIMETER". No response. After a month, with no response, I submitted a claim to Paypal, WITH a photo of the OXIMETER. PAYPAL is a joke. They sided with these crooks and I like many others, got hosed. Also, Facebook is complicent, as the ad was on Facebook a long time, after I got hosed by this company, ... so they had to know by the reviews it was bogus. Yet, Facebook still ran the ad. $$$$$$$ for Facebook.

Falsches Gerät ohne Blutzucker Messung geliefert. Bei Rücksendung habe ich dann erfahren, dass das Porto noch mehr kostet als dass Gerät ursprünglich.

This is a fraudulent company who is running a scam by misrepresentation. You will receive a the item that is useless. You will lose your money. The company or their intermediates or even PayPal take their side and you will not get a your money back. Bought my unit from Fitody Limited advertising on TicTok. Even they refuse to respond or refund. A scam company. I paid £37.00 for a 'non invasive Laser Glucometer' and received a £2.50 useless 'oximeter' product.

Ordered this piece if apparatus to measure blood. Paid a total of £39 for a piece of shit worth about £3. It doesn't do what it says it will do in fact it's the biggest piece of scrap ever obviously sent by scammers who need hounded for lies,theft, deception and total ignorance of medical problems. Sending this review to Bikenda is a waste of time - they probably can't read.

ein billiges Oximeter geliefert. Die Sendungsverfolgung war somit ok !? "Bestellte Ware nicht erhalten - Geld weg". Auch paypal hilft da nix...

ebenfalls ein Gerät erhalten. Verkäufer war Thorsten Lis ,Sudetenstr.19 Hilpoltstein. retoure ist zurückgekommen und Gelderstattung bis heute 12.02.25 nicht angekommen . Warte schon 14 Tg auf Rücküberweisung.
Hier liegt Betrug vor.
