I purchased Airoh Bandit Helmet for 30k. I was informed the delivery time frame is about 2-3 weeks. After 5-6 days, I got worried about the purchase, what if I had been duped. I contacted Akash about my order and was reassured about my purchase. He told me please wait. After exactly 15 days after the purchase, while at office, I was again planning to message him in the evening. But to my surprise, the helmet was delivered delivered in the afternoon itself.

unprofessional and disgusting behavior
I was trying to get pricing of some products that are not listed on their website and their team was very rude and unprofessional and said that once we spend at least a few thousands, only then we have earned his respect to talk to mr akash.
edit after reply from bikegear: whats the point of emailing and getting help my friend? your head of sales and operations, mr akash, who said he takes care of everything at bikegear, would not be impacted since he runs the 💩 show there. I know you made this reply to make your trust pilot profile look cleaner and you come out professional. but i still have screenshots of how akash was trash talking and shining his ego.

Excellent experience! Purchased Gaerne boots
I ordered a pair of Gaerne Fastback enduro boots. I was given a delivery estimate of 3-4 weeks and delivery was completed on time. There were no customs issues to deal with. Representatives we're super prompt, polite and genuinely helpful through the entire purchase experience. While the cost may be a bit more than I'd pay if I left india and purchased abroad, it wasn't excessive and worth the service. Highly recommend based on this purchase experience!
