Bike made it here quickly and no issues…
Bike made it here quickly and no issues there but unfortunately the bike was damaged in transit. The front wheel area was bent fairly bad.

Please give bar code first time!
The first email confirming bike box pickup details did not include the bar code. Therefore, the UPS driver would not pick up the box. I had to follow-up to request the bar code and then the UPS driver had to return for collection. Otherwise, all okay.

Super simple to use
Super simple to use, and no worries about going to the post-office or shipping store and getting individuals unsure of how to ship an oversize package, or doing "wild" measurements. Simply print, apply and drop off! Excellent updates on the status and tracking of the package as well.

Bike Damaged
My bike was picked up on time and arrived on schedule but the box had several points of damage and upon inspection the bike frame was scratched and dented. There were also scratches on components including the rear shock mount and brake lever. Guess I should have gotten that insurance…

Also, just to clarify, shipments arranged through us do include carrier liability coverage, and our claims team will walk through all available options with you once your claim is submitted.

Not satisfied. Zero stars
I shipped an empty bike case. It was buttoned up tight. I got "audited" and was told it was over the dimensions I listed. My cost doubled. I contend it was NOT over, but there is no way to contest that. Bikeflights hides behind UPS and I have no recourse. I cancelled my return shipment and will not be using Bikeflights again in the future.

There is absolutely a process to review and dispute these types of carrier audits. When a package moves through the carrier network, it may be re-measured using automated equipment, and if the recorded dimensions differ from what was entered during booking, the carrier may apply an adjustment. In situations like this, we can submit a dispute on your behalf.
However, we were unable to locate any direct communication from you regarding this shipment. To open a dispute with the carrier, we typically need the shipment details along with photos of the bike case and measurements so we can present that information for review.
If you’re willing to reach out to our Claims team with your order number and photos of the case, we would be happy to take a closer look and see if the charge can be challenged with the carrier. Our goal is always to advocate for our customers when adjustments appear incorrect.

Bike Flight is the best when their rates are the lowest
I first learned of Bike Flights when someone in Wisconsin wanted to buy my frame. The gentleman sent me a packing slip, and that was that. Curious, I looked into it when shipping a frame to another buyer. It turned out Bike Flights is cheaper than UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service.
However, a few months ago, Bike Flights prices were higher than than the aforementioned delivery services, and I soured on them for a bit. But Bike Flights sent me a $10 off discount code during Valentine's Day. I happily used it. More importantly, I discovered that Bike Flights has lowered its prices again. Thank you, Bike Flights!

Bikeflights provides instructive videos on how to pack your bike. This was my first time shipping 2 bikes on my own. Bikeflights made shipping cheaper than if I would have gone through UPS without them.
