I had a bike shop pack my bike for…
I had a bike shop pack my bike for shipping and they recommended Bike Flight. They ship with them all the time. I purchased the service and then a nightmare occurred. They requested pictures from me and I contacted Trek Bike of Las Vegas since they were going to hold until Bike Flight arrange for pickup. They requested pictures not once but twice then a third time. Trek bike had to be inconvenienced three times. They said they have NEVER done this before.
Trek Bike of Las Vegas was extremely helpful and patience. Think twice before using Bike Flight. End up…. They us UPS to ship. It would be easier to arrange shipping directly with UPS.

Thanks for your feedback — we’re really sorry the timing didn’t work out for your shipment.
We do want to clarify that our site notes orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so we don’t advertise same-day shipping. Looking at the tracking on this order, there was also a delay once it reached UPS, and the delivery was held up further due to a missing suite/unit number on the address.
We completely understand how frustrating that is, especially with a tight shipping window. We also didn’t hear from you prior to delivery — had we known there was an issue or urgency, we would have been more than happy to step in and help troubleshoot or explore options.
If there’s anything we can still do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’d be glad to help however we can.

I have spent an hour on my computer…
I have spent an hour on my computer entering my address and the address that my bike is to shipped to about 10 times. I tried it on Safari. I tried it on Google Chrome. I tried it by turning off autofill. My wife tried it on her computer. Once all the data is entered pressing continue takes you nowhere. I first attempted to take the box straight to UPS and they told me it was going to be $630 to ship the bike from Illinois to Arizona. That is insane!
I purchased a brand new box from you and I’ve wasted half my day trying to get it shipped. I don’t know if your website is down today or what.
