Thanks for your feedback—we understand that shipping costs can be a big factor when choosing a service.
In this case, it looks like a larger box was used for the shipment, which can significantly impact the price. Carriers base their rates largely on the size and dimensions of the package (not just the weight), so bigger boxes tend to cost more to ship.
We always aim to provide the most competitive rates available and be as transparent as possible during the booking process. That said, we appreciate you giving us a try and hope we may have the opportunity to better fit your needs in the future.

It was reasonable and the shipping was fast. I appreciate the excellent service. Much appreciated. I was able to use a box I got from a local bike store. The fees were a fraction of what other companies would of charged to pack and ship. Thanks again!!!

Delivered at discount
Easy to create the labels. Tracking accurate and pricing is a discount to rates at retail counter of UPS for the same service.

It's nice to know that your staff is available for quick replies to emails.
Also, when shipping damage occurred, it was nice that Bikeflights staff made the damage claim easy.

Easy hack to have my case waiting 600 miles away!
Very easy to use this system, especially with my bike case on the Bike Flights list of cases. I actually shipped an empty case from my starting location to my hotel at the end of a 600 mile ride. This way it was ready for me to pack my bike and fly home.
