Bike Assist Legal worked on my behalf, following a major motorcycle accident, in which I was seriously injured.

They were highly supportive, right from the start, through to the final settlement, over a period of 3 years.

The NHS fixed my broken bones, but that probably only represented a quarter of my issues, Bike Assist got me help and treatment for all the rest, and enabled me to make the best possible recovery.

After being offered a sum from the 3rd party over 18 months ago, i was told repeatedly to follow the process to get what i was truly owed. 14 months of pain, countless physio appointments and then an operation i ended up receiving hardly any more than what was 1st offered. Had 1 guy called Fabio promising me 3 to 4 times more than what was 1st offered only for Laura Saunders take over and i ended up with more or less what i was offered in the 1st place 18 months ago. I finally settled just to end the saga as it was starting to depress me. Hopefully never have to use this firm again.

I can’t recommend Bike Legal Assist enough, especially Reece who handled my case. You very much need to make sure you get a lawyer who seems to be acting in your interests and understands the system and my experience with this was varied, until I was allocated Darren Wardil. Having transferred my case after a somewhat false start with another firm and having had an excellent experience with bike assist with a previous accident I was not disappointed. Firstly 4th dimension handled the initial claim and the hiring of the bike. They were readily available for updates via the telephone. Things did drag out, but that was more to do with the third party. So thankyou to their team.

Insurance claims can often take some time, but Bike Assist Legal did their best to keep me informed during the progress of my claim and also gave me good advice regarding the best course of action

Chloe Smith and the team have been fantastic! I was injured in an RTC which was not my fault. It was a complicated case due to nationality and insurance issues of the other driver.
