Used the free trial. Cancelled on my 3rd day. Was charged anyway. Requested a refund within 24hrs, as it states and I’ve still yet to hear anything. Tried to email and talk on chat but keep getting the exact same copy and paste, AI response. This is terrible. Avoid. It’s disgusting behaviour.

they charged me $99 and I asked for a refund, they told me that if I wanted a refund, I had to make a positive review on Trustpilot, I did it and I never received my money back, they are scammers, I opened a dispute with the bank, bunch of crooks!!

This software is archaic with a very old looking user interface and it feeds us mostly information

I Got scammed!!!
After trying the 3 days trial for $1 and canceling the trial before the 3 days were over because the software was very average and don't worth even $1, they come back a week later to charge me for the Pro plan even though i canceled my plan, they didn't reply on my chats, email, even the refund forme, they just ghosted you after you get scammed by their model, I've seen many people here who got scammed the same way, be careful and don't be associated with this guys at any cost, my legal team and my bank are coming for my refund you shameless scammers!!!

Scam!! i ordered trial period 3 days, forgot to cancel, payed 99$, contacted them within 24 hours post purchase, no answer AT ALL, i contacted ALL the places, chat, three different emails, and phone, no answer. For all new dropshippers and other marketers, dont use BigSpy as an ad tool

My daughter has a small Etsy business and on her journey to learn more she watched a bunch of tiktok marketing people swearing their life on bigspy. So I made her an account and thought we could try it for free and if it helps I can pay for a package. The free keywords search doesn't even work it goes to pricing. We tried a number of times from my computer and phone and it didn't work once all the while using up our free keyword search. If this thing can't even show that it works I'm not spending money on this. These tiktok people posting about it really should be called out foe their promotion of it.

I tried to cancel my subscription but it did not work and now they keep withdrawing money and I have no idea how to make it stop when they do not respond to emails

They are SCAMMER, be AWARE of them! I started the 3 days free trial and then I stopped the subscription and deleted my account, I also sent to Alex an email telling him that I want to cancel my subsciption. But today they charged me 99$ even if I dont have an account anymore! THIEFS!!

They charged my card after the free trial ended (okay cool!) However six days after they charged my card, my account was still registered as a free account. They never upgraded it even though they took money out of my account. Sent emails on top of emails, no response! I had to just bury my tail between my legs and cancel the card. It's too bad I didn't come here to read the reviews before I made a huge mistake of dealing with them. Hindsight is 20/20 - BEWARE
