I was looking for a over sized bear all over Google. And luckily I found bigplush.com, price is great and came on time as promised. Even a little earlier I believe.

Well , not happy that it does not bend like they say it will , for sitting position , and sewing by tail is very noticeable , I am sure it could be done differently . But it is Cute !!

The first time I tried to order the plush labradoodle was December 2014. It was to be delivered Dec. 19th guaranteed. I called on Dec. 20th and was told, "Oh sorry, we should have called you we are all out of the dogs. (NAME) will call you and make it right." (NAME) never called, but my payment was taken. I called again on Dec. 22nd and was told that they would make it right and (NAME) would call me. (NAME) never called. I called a third time after Christmas and was told that (NAME) isn't great with time management, but that he would get back to me. (NAME) has yet to get back to me. Terrible customer service.

Ordered the 5ft. Bear. It arrived on time, was easy to remove from box, and was of decent construction. Wife loved it. Thanks plush team.

Tried to send a bear to Canada with another company and they cancelled my order. Big Plush helped me through the whole process. The girl I spoke with on the phone was awesome! My friend is thrilled with the product. Forget the Vermont place. Use Big Plush instead. She carries that giant bear around and snuggles up with it.

I got this bear thinking it would be 5 ft tall, it was a great bear but it was not the told dimension. Maybe the skin was measured at 5 ft and the filling made it fatter and shorter. Overall good bear, very lovable.

I was happy to see that the Bear was of quality make and material - I was offered a color for the bow and I picked GREEN because it happens to be the person's favorite color. I had it personalized FREE - that was perfect - except for the RED RIBBON. I tried contacting via website but to no avail. I would definitely order from them again but I would confirm VERBALLY next time.

If you want to make an impact, then Big Plush is the way to do.

It's a great item and good options for customizing any giant bear, even though it's a little expensive, perhaps just a little overpriced. What kills me is the timing, horrible timing, it took a whole week and two days to get to my destination, this has to change, would it kill you to lose 10-20 dollars on better shipping 3-5 days?. Also add additional shipping options, maybe 10-15 dollars extra not $50 or $80 dollars, that's ridiculous. You will gain a lot more business and more customers would be happy and satisfied with your products.

I have found out about BigPlush in Stars and Stripes back in 2011 called from Afghanistan several times and they (BigPlush), has ALWAYS gone out of their way !!

I was expecting the bear to be at my door by now but he just got shipped out. You customer support did great on explain why and what awaiting fulfilment means though!

The quality of the item was good, however the fur they had used was different than the one in the picture (the one that i wanted and expected). I phoned customer service and the owner offered me a full refund. Very nice man and no hassle on my end at all.

I bought with wife the big bear with my voice recorded over the phone for valentines day. I am a truck driver therefor my wife and I talk a great deal on the phone. She didn't recognize my voice. I realize that it would be a little off due to doing it over the phone but she still shou have been able to recognize my voice.
