Took a while but worth the wait!
Ordered a chest of drawers for my bedroom. They initially delivered box 1 of 2 and I was waiting a few days for the 2nd due to a mix up with the courier. Calum from Big Furniture Warehouse Customer Services took initiative and sent out the 2nd box express delivery! Nothing like good old fashioned northern customer service! I've now built the unit and it looks awesome so overall I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Ordered 2 wardrobes and chest of drawers. Very good quality, packaged vey well, quick delivery and great price. Small issue with a wood top but immediately rectified on the chat. Would definately reccommend bfw and i would certainly use again. Im super happy with my furniture.

I regret purchasing from this company.
I ordered a Vigo Large Pine Dining Table but received an entirely different product — just a single wooden board from another item. Since reporting the issue, I have received inconsistent explanations from customer service, including being told that part of the order was “lost in transit”.
Despite multiple contacts, I have still not been provided with a clear or confirmed delivery date for the correct item. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and ongoing uncertainty have made this a very frustrating experience.
Errors can occur in any business, but what matters is how they are resolved. Unfortunately, this situation has been handled poorly and without transparency.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this retailer.
