I recently purchased a new Mitsubishi eclipse cross from big box cars. I live in Townsville and had lots of questions to ask, regarding transportation of my new car and how I was going to trade in my old car.Frag answered all of my questions.The service I have received from Frag was outstanding. We hit a minor snag with transport and he sorted it immediately and I received my car quicker than I thought I would. From start to finish it took 8 working days to receive my car in Townsville. Great service I would highly recommend big box cars.

A great experience that challenged all my preconceptions about used car dealers. Very helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff, no hassling or pressure, and quality vehicle stock at competitive prices. Very generous access to the car I was inspecting, and a massive thank you to Dennis, Krish and Dori for making the whole process so easy. Would definitely recommend Big Box Cars to others.

Do your homework if you have a trade before going to Big Box Cars. We had a 2008 Pajero that we received a poor offer on from this company. The offer frankly was laughable. Fair enough, I understand they are there to make a Dollar. So we walked as there are loads of dealers out there and ended up at of all places at their parent group (Motorama) and was offered close to double on our trade. We signed on another car that afternoon and was extremely happy with the service received from Motorama. What's more Big Box car in part states "No haggle." Oddly they were ringing us that afternoon offering more on a our trade. I thought no haggle??? Ironically, if they had of offered the trade in price in the morning they offered in the afternoon more than likely we would have accepted it. Maybe a lesson for Big Box cars. People are not stupid and will research what their car is worth and just be upfront in the first place. Because Big Box cars gave such a low offer on the trade they have lost the sale of a ASX for our son (nil trade) and we be looking to help our daughter buy a car in July so through thinking their customers are naïve they have lost 3 sales already.

It was easy to find a competitively priced car and no haggle deal is really win - win for both dealer and buyer. I was further impressed about how they dealt with a minor problem I found after I purchased the car. Every staff dealt with the problem promptly and pleasantly. Thank you.

Hi guys. I just found out a car what I want, then applied book a teat drive 4pm. But I had arrived. Around 3pm. However they had just helped me to have a test drive. The car was nice and looked just new. It was 2015 Navara st-x model. Anyway I needed a loan so I talked with Denny and he helped and explained about loan. I got condition approved loan through CBA and he told me 'get a quote from CBA and show me then we compare CBA and our loan. Yes, I showed him a quote, then he said it is really nice quote. If real document comes with it sign, otherwise tell me again.
Anyway I have really bad English about phone call, so I thought to join car insurance after pick up the car then drive insurence company. But Denny told me 'I will help tou to join car insurance through phone call while I am talking on thephone in front of him.
Then I just joined insurance.
And honestly The car had problem of rear tail light cover before I picking up rhe car day, so I talked them please fix it and Keishi had just replaced as new part. So I was good however, I have found out brake and reverse lights did not work which replaced area. So I contacted Krishi and we met then he just apologized me then we arrange when we gonna fix it and jusy fixex it just on time. I have a really good experence of Big box car. No pushing to buy and helping everything when asking.

I had problem connecting to bluetooth everyone on the team tried to find a answer to the problem Jay and Rob even sent the car back to Ford and gave me a loaner car for the weekend that was terrific! Turned out to be not their problem but my phone! The staff there were fantastic and i would recommend them to anyone- Baz oh and they gave me a great trade and i now have the car i really like at a price i think was fair!

My experience with big box cars was simply awesome. As a first time car buyer it could have been a daunting experience, with advice about dealing with dodgy car salesmen in my mind, but it was completely the opposite. From the start, every person I interacted with was very laid back and knowledgeable, with absolutely zero sales pressure or tactics. From test drive, to finance, to picking up my lovely little car was a breeze. Couldn't recommend big box highly enough. Sean & Mitch in particular were great to deal with.

Have to say it was an excellent experience in buying a car. No pressure from our Sales person Colin who gave us lots of informative information and was very helpful especially on the day of pick up, when he went over and above helping my husband set things up. Mitchell our Finance Guru was truly amazing and helpful with all our questions and answers. A totally worthwhile purchase for us. Very bad experiance...the dealer forgot to register for road side rescure..car broke down...call to the rsl centre...saying not a member...when this should have been activated on delivery.

Found my little swift on gumtree. Rang them Saturday morning, test drive 2-3hrs later. Signed the papers for it and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. Very easy and smooth. Thanks Big Box Cars
