It was very easy to navigate the site
It was very easy to navigate the site, adding or removing options as per my needs. The site does give you the opportunity to talk to a person if you need to which is great to see but I didn’t need it. Payment online is secure and all my documents were emailed very quickly after I purchased my holiday insurance. Really good price and a great product.

Took very ill on holiday
Took very ill on holiday, sent all hospital and clinic documents to this company on the 6th May.
Two days later followed up by phone to make sure they received everything, and they confirmed no further information was needed.
Have followed up by phone every week since to be told it is still in review.
Have also emailed the claims department every week but have not received any response.
Eight weeks on and I am still being ignored and kept in the dark. This company are very quick to respond when they want your business but, in my opinion, very unethical and unprofessional when you are making a claim.

Disappointing
Was offered a 15% off promo code in an email as an incentive to renew. However the code didn’t work and when I phoned the sales team didn’t recognise the code. I had to prove that I’d been sent the code by emailing them their email and after several lengthy calls I gave up.
I reckon if they can’t manage a promo code between departments they are unlikely to be able to manage a claim.
Avoid.

Initially appalling.....if now rectified.
Appalling! An auto-renewal hadn’t worked (no payment taken) due to fraudulent activity on my card. So I spoke to a customer service representative. Not only did they have to run through all the details again (couldn’t copy the previous policy details), after 20+ minutes I was offered a more expensive renewal price for exactly the same policy compared to the renewal price I would have paid if my card had worked correctly. So annoying.
Following another conversation on the 5th of May I was finally able to renew my policy at an acceptable price. However it makes no sense to me why you're able to 'auto-renew' online without going through any of the detail but have to go through almost all the detail if you're doing it over the phone. Altogether I wasted well over an hour (2 30 minute sessions) just to renew an existing policy.

When calling to speak to an agent it is a requirement that they go through all of the details with you to ensure accuracy on the policy. I have checked your account and can see that the policy was purchased with us on 05/05/2025 for only a slightly higher amount than last years policy.
