I have place ordered yesterday and waited for the product to be delivered by yesterday afternoon, but they have failed to deliver the product post paying money
Even today I was waiting for the product to be deliver they have canceled the product without any informing when I called the customer care executives she convey that your products is canceled due to non availability I haven't got any information from them
I have to make call and find out for reason
There's no communication from the team
Now to refund the money they are taking 48 hours why should I wait so along to get my money????? poor service lack of coordination no communication

The order is not delivered as per the scheduled time slot. I placed the order on Saturday 3rd June and the time slot was given on next day 4th June, Sunday but the order got cancelled automatically without informing me and they mentioned that customer did not pick the call which was wrong. I did not get any single call from bigbasket team. This is not the end, the order get cancelled on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as well automatically and delivery shows the next day. Customer care is useless and they just get the complaint and do nothing. They said to reschedule the call with senior but did not received the call.

This is the worst online shopping app I have ever shop. This is the worst company of TATA.

Do not buy from BigBasket. I give zero star to Bigbasket.

They are trying to steal minor money from each transaction if its cod or by wallet.... they deduct more from the wallet and adjust lesser amt in te bill te difference is 5 to 6 rs so u dont notice or even if u do u just let it pass...but i wont

Big basket delivery persons are rowdy element attitude.
We never order Big basket.

Customer service is useless. They have sent a wrong product and when an exchange request was pla ed thet came again with a lower quality product. Now i sm unable to generate a puck up and return the product and it takes hpues to message the customer service people. They just log out if they cantcresolve an issue and we have to explain the issue to each person all over again. Waste of time. Useless service

It was good before. Now it's worst. I have ordered monthly ration from big basket and prepaid it. Now they changed the delivery slot by their own will without my consent. And on complaining they said they have called me and I didnot answer which is a blatant lies. Command understanding if I prepaid my order why wouldn't I answer. I was waiting whole day cancelling my other appointments. The customer care also put my chat on automated chat. It was so difficult to reach them. They are avoiding now. I want to aware and advise people 1. If you want to use big basket do not prepay service, choose Pay on delivery. Otherwise you will suffer like me, they won't deliver in time and you won't be having money to purchase from other store.

2. Choose local Kirana or other online stores. But not Bigbasket as their customer care is not at all helpful. They won't refund money on time as well (came to know with other Bigbasket customer)

Worst customer service.... product never delivered without hassle. They are cheaters too.

Most useless app.. They don't place the order on time.. even they don't even bother to give any update on that.. It can be more than 1 hour 30 mins.. either you have to wait or cancel your order.. Very bad experience...

Pathetic and poorest service.they are blot on e-com business.Soon they will say"We own nothing and we are still most happy".

Need to improve the delivery and customer service. I had my time slot from 6 to 10. The delivery was not made, when I tried to reach the delivery person, couldn't reach him back, the call is like a missed call..get's cut off.The order was cancelled..bad customer and delivery experience.

I don't know why they ask for a rime slot if they don't follow it at all. Customer support is pathetic. They put your call on hold then hung up. And no matter how much you try them, they always do come up with an excuse and no solution.their delivery executive either way to early from the slot or way to late but never on time. Never recommend to anyone at all.

GOod offers, Good delivery

Most disappointed with their order cancellations for the 5 th time and they do not even have the courtesy to inform you.
Also, the mapping issue is from their end but unfortunately, the customer suffers.
Sadly, they have so many customers now that they don’t bother about satisfaction.
A definite NO NO for online service

First they accept the order. Then say one item is short. And then say address is incomplete. It is important to note that Amazon, Flipkart and others including their own Tata 1mg deliver frequently on the same address.

Because his customer service was very bad and poor customer service .we have 4 times contact to customer service ,but it is not response to me .

Best on line grocery shop. Good Products at good price. Plus they give you a choice of time slots for delivery so someone can be at home to accept delivery. This makes it easy to plan out. Refund is easy. If you don't like any item, just call or return to the delivery person right than and there. Very Trusted Business House.

I wouldn’t even give a star….the worse customer service you will ever see …The worst!!!! Food doesn’t deliver and customer service chat is another headache with zero answers…I hardly write bad reviews but this is that case to do so. DO NOT USE BIGBASKET….they are unresponsive and won’t deliver your food on time..

Poor service in Guwahati. One time out of compulsion we had to order fish on this portal, we ordered two kinds of fish catla and pomfret, the fish was shipped a day later. To our shock the fish that was delivered was stale and not fresh as they had promised. The fish that was delivered had to be discarded as it was not edible , this was not what we had expected from a TATA enterprise. Surely, this company or at-least their Guwahati branch lacks quality control.

I find BB quite good as compared to other delivery sites. It is important to check the quality of what is delivered. If you do, you can return it immediately and get an immediate refund. 95% of the time the quality is good but occasionally one has to return. That's okay. Don't people check before they buy at grocery stores? I don't understand people who complain because accepting products blindly is not advisable from any vendor. Overall, I think BB gives good quality products. Delivery slots are adhered to, at least in our area in Pune. Vegetables are fresh. We don't order fruits as we have had a bad experience several times, mostly of the fruits never ripening. I also had a return a pressure cooker once as the wrong one was delivered. I will continue to use BB because there isn't anyone better.

BB services were good-it was once upon a time. At present its services are worst. Three out of eight Royal Gala Apples delivered by BB on 16/08/2022 were rotten.The request of exchange/return was attended on 20/08/2022.Who can keep rotten apples for five days? I had no option but to delete the BB app!
