Hired for my pals 21st birthday in London - amazing experience. The bus was very nice and we enjoyed the Karoake all the way to London 👍

Fabulous vehicle took us into London, driver immediately linked the Bluetooth connection and dropped us to our venue. Had a great night at an event, then the driver picked us up.
The place we were dropped at, was not accessible as the doors were locked and had to go to a different place. We didn’t have a clue where we were. The driver was just superb. I am not very Au Fait with technology. This lovely young man, talked me through ‘dropping a pin’ (I’m nearly 60, forgive me) and 8 minutes later, he pitched up.
Guy was just brilliant, put up with our crap music (I’m sure that’s what he thought)
I will 100% use these guys again

I am not usually one to leave a bad review but this is needed as I’m getting nothing back from this company.

This booking was for a party bus for a friends hen do.

Not even 48 hours before the hen do, I got a message to say the party bus had an engine fault and it wouldn’t be safe to drive (fair enough), so we would be having the limo instead. Not ideal as when we initially saw the limo and party bus we didn’t want to travel in the limo. But these things happen and we appreciated the fact we could at least get to our bottomless brunch.
The limo was £95 cheaper than the party bus, so I asked if this would be taken off the final bill. The response I got was “we had to rearrange another booking to an external supplier so you had transport, which meant we had to take the hit”. Without sounding ungrateful, this isn’t our problem and we got a vehicle with no karaoke machine (which was one of the main reasons we got the party bus. And the fact the party bus looks way better). They offered another bottle of Prosecco and balloons for the trouble (again, don’t want to would ungrateful but this won’t cover the £95 difference).
But this was less than 2 days before the hen do so didn’t feel like I could argue as didn’t want to risk them not showing up.

Less than 24 hours before the hen do, I got told our pick up times were going to have to change due to now having a limo and TfL regulations? This would have impacted our plans before and after. Bear in mind none of this felt like a discussion, we got told and that was the end of it.
After a lot of convincing I finally managed to keep the original pick up time the same but the end time had to be 30mins later. Something in me was saying they were trying to fit another booking between us but using TfL regulations as an excuse, but had no evidence of this.

I actually can’t complain about the driver, he was great; on time, super friendly and put up with our terrible singing!!
The limo however was not as great. It was rusty, dated, unclean and un-dusted. There was rubbish left from a previous party, the black out film on the windows was warped (it looked like it has been raining) and if the music was played too loud it would cut out. We also had no balloons, just the extra bottle of processo to cover the £95 difference in cost…
We asked if we could leave our stuff in the limo. Which we could and the driver kindly put it in the boot for us as there as another booking between picking us up later on (suspicions about TfL regulations being a cover up for our change in times now looking correct)

We got to the event fine, got a text while we were there to say we can now get picked up at the normal time (so all the back and forth previously about pick up times was for nothing. And stress of rearranging plans and updating the group was also for nothing).

Then for two days after the booking I get 4 messages asking for feedback. I was umming and arring about this as I’m not one to leave negative feedback, and what was done was done and it was clear we weren’t going to get our money back, so what was the point? But due to the persistent messages from them I thought they might appreciate it. I took the time to get feedback from the group and got nothing back from them. I messaged multiple times as understood there’s a 7 day period for them to reply (even though when booking on the same number they would reply within the hour). I mentioned I would put the feedback online if I didn’t have a reply as I really would like some acknowledgement. But nothing. So here we are.

I wouldn’t advise booking with this company. The stress of having to change plans with the group (that then didn’t even need changing), a change in vehicle that was of such poor standard, and the fact there was no discussion about removing the £95 from the final bill - we were just told. I can understand why would need a change in vehicle, but the thing that has frustrated me the most is the lack of contact now they have our money and the booking is complete. It seems they’re only willing to hear good feedback or none at all.

Not worth the stress and wouldn’t recommend.

The driver was so welcoming, helpful and very professional, keeping us updated on when he arrived to pick us up and drop off aswell!

Bombarded with messages of confirmation and chasing for booking. Some of the messages were incorrect and careless. The car turned up with no complementary bubbly as promised in writing. The driver didn't know the route. The car wasn't up to standard on many technical aspects such as sound system, broken seatbelt and no air-conditioning. The after sales service absolute joke - zero contact. Would not recommend under any circumstances

This review refers to a party bus booked for the 28/06/25 birthday event in London.The service generally was substandard.

The party bus was so so dilapidated, I can say. Steps to get to bus were high and very unfair for ladies. The steps could not be adjusted and posed as high falls risk.
Secondly, and sadly, the door handle was broken and we couldn’t open or close it. We had to use the back door and I felt like we were goods on delivery! No offence but that’s how I felt.
The ‘new driver’ who took us to London could only apologise endlessly.
After our birthday celebration's, we waited for about 2-3 hrs, roaming aimlessly in London as we had nowhere to go and apparently waiting for the driver to pick us up after his break.

The ‘van’ more less picked us, with air con blowing cold air all the way home despite several cautions.That was absolutely ridiculous. The driver was not engaging and was very rude
The driver stopped in the middle of nowhere apparently saying was on a 45minute break!
I personally felt very unsafe. Some of my colleagues had to hire the Uber so they get home as one piece. I feared for my life as it appeared dodgy! After calling 999, thats when the driver drove off and felt like was carrying goods. I banged my legs at one point.
I recommend you upgrade your services for the future.

Dear Big Baller Bus

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the party bus service I booked with your company for my birthday on the 28th of June.

On the 6th of May, I made a reservation for a party bus and was charged £680. However, the experience on the day of my birthday was far from what I had anticipated. The party bus that was sent to us was in a terrible condition - there were no lights, the doors were not working, and the seats were worn out and uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, we were informed that we would be picked up three hours later than scheduled because the driver had another booking that we were not made aware of. When the driver finally arrived, he drove us back with the air conditioning on full blast, making us freeze despite our requests to adjust it,he said it was broken. He then took an unnecessarily long route, turning a one-hour journey into a four-hour ordeal.

The situation escalated when the driver unexpectedly parked the bus in the middle of nowhere, claiming he needed to rest. Feeling incredibly unsafe, we were forced to contact the police out of fear for our well-being. It felt like daylight robbery, especially when the company presented biased pictures of the vehicle - which turned out to be a van, not a party bus as advertised.

As a result of this distressing experience, some of my friends had to order Uber rides to ensure they reached home safely, despite already paying for the bus service. Furthermore, the lack of assistance from the driver in helping passengers exit the high-step van was unacceptable, leaving us to struggle on our own. He was driving recklessly and considering we didn't have seats belts on we were tossed around the van and we were injured in the process.

It is evident that the service provided by your company did not meet the expected standards, and as a result, we are considering legal action to address the matter. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to rectify the issues we encountered.

I would like to emphasize that I strongly advise against booking services from your company to avoid similar disappointing experiences in the future.

I would like to raise an issue regarding our nightmare experience from hell yesterday.
When I was picked up I was told the bus wasn't move prior to payment being made. We should pay after service really.

The driver was under pressure being his first day and got lost but was helpful and cheerful.

Issues are the air con on the bus could either not turn on or was too cold and would not switch off,
The door would not shut and was faulty. I have mobility issues the van is not easily accessible getting in and out was challenging due to height from ground.
For the money paid the service was atrocious.
Lack of respect and customer care by the 2nd driver who would not speak to us and was rude and threatening. Needs training in customer care/ service.
The driving was scary and we feared for our lives. The bus is a death trap and not road worthy.

Iam still traumatised by yesterday’s events and did not get home till 5 am today. We should get a refund of some sort. This is unacceptable treatment of us as people. Stay clear of this company, keep your money and your sanity.

I ordered this party bus for our daughters prom and her friends. However, it was somewhat disappointing in that the glasses appeared to not have been cleaned from the event before, they were placed into the boot and dirty, so these were not available for the girls to use. The driver had to travel to a petrol station to collect plastic cups. Also I did request water when I ordered the bus and this wasn't provided only coke which none of them had in the end. Shame that this took away the high expectations to make their night really special.

Just want to say thank you to Talvin and the Chauffeur for a lovely experience for my grandson's 16th surprise birthday. Grandson and friends said they had a lovely time and it was cool (as teenagers say - lol). The company was very accommodating and arrived earlier than expected, so that I could set up my little bits inside. I would highly recommend.

We used big baller bus for my daughters 16th birthday. The vehicle arrived on time and absolutely blew my daughter away it was really amazing she loved it!!! Kirean the driver was amazing too. I would highly recommended this company I will be definitely using them again.

I would not recommend this company at all. I paid £750 for a luxury party bus to take my friends to a few local wineries and was promised several amenities, including a TV, karaoke, cups, ice, and a bottle of prosecco. Unfortunately, none of these were provided, which completely ruined the experience.

On the day of our trip, an older vehicle arrived to take me and 12 friends on our outing. I was immediately told that the amenities, including the TV and karaoke, were not working — the very things you'd expect from a party bus. The vehicle itself was very run-down, and we were given just one bottle of cheap prosecco and a few plastic cups.

When I raised my concerns about the missing amenities, I was told that if I didn’t pay the remainder of the fee, they wouldn’t take us on our trip. This left me with no choice but to pay, or risk being stranded and losing half of the £750. I sent several emails to complain, but they were ignored by Tavin.

Essentially, I paid £750 for a taxi service, not a luxury party bus. This was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price. There are plenty of other options out there with far better service. I will be pursuing this through small claims. Very poor service overall.
