Most of the upi IDs are in valid ,,so you can't make payments,,some are working and thr have been couple of instances after making payments it didn't reflected on my account ... Then you ll have to wait till 72hours or may be 7 banking days ( Big bazi customer support need to understand upi payment is done and is successful it won't come back to our account becoz it is not an NEFT payment) . But trust me even writing an email and replying on thr email they won't say anything extra same copy paste i dint think so they read your e-mails. The customer support don't understand once UTR is generated it means payment has been received by their payment provider now why is that we have to suffer ... I even tried net banking method as i use to do same in genesis and in an hour i would get my account credited... But here in big bazi i tried once they credited my account after 4 days so i stopped net banking method , mostly i use upi but again lately two of my payments are stuck .if i compare thr customer support to genesis casino they are not even near to them forget about competing ...
