When I first started out
When I first started out, I thought publishing a book meant it would be available on Amazon and maybe a few other places. But Big Apple Publishers took care of getting my book to lots of different retailers. and before I knew it, my book was showing up in places I hadn't even submitted it to myself. It wasn't until about six weeks after my book launched that I started to see the impact of their work. A reader left a review saying they had found my book while browsing a platform I hardly ever use. Then, another reviews came in from someone in a completely different country. For a first time author with no existing audience, that kind if organic reach is pretty amazing and it's not something I could have achieved on my own. The marketing campaign they ran was the icing on the cake, bringing in readers who had no connection to me personally. And I have to say, seeing strangers review my book is still a little surreal it's something I'm still getting used to, even now.
