I ordered ham cooker overseas. Shipping was quick and efficient so as customer service. Had little issue with the product ordered but they took care of it right away. Trustworthy company.

We ordered an item, and Bigamart informed us prior to ordering it that the item might not fit our pool. Since the order was $700~ we went with their advise and told them to cancel it. What an honest, transparent company!

The product I ordered (water filters) were drop shipped from Amazon. They arrived crushed in a paper envelope. When I tried to sign back on to request a refund their emails went to spam with a warning about the website. It was very hard to get a response for the refund. They are difficult to deal with and although the units were shipped within the US, I have to ship to the UK to get a refund.

I bought a cushion that was $ 54.00 incl shipping and stated pay with a credit card and I did. Then I get a Charge for 93.40. Adding 25.of plus for shipping then it stated Pay Pal.This is a huge scam and I will blog them until they stop the thief’s.

I ordered a shower and lotion set from this company. The shower gel arrived three quarters empty in a sealed bag.
I contacted Bigamart and was told I would receive a full refund. A day later when I agreed I was then offered a replacement. When I replied I would prefer the refund as I have to pay duties on these items, I was then told I could only receive a partial refund..very different from the original response. I found this company very unprofessional and disrespectful.
What makes it worse is my father just passed away and I didn't need any other upset. When I explained I will not shop there again, and would let others know of my experience, then I was offered a full refund.

Specifics of item were confusing on website leading to incorrect purchase. Good response as it was partially my fault. Very satisfied

I put in an order in March or April of 2025 that I had to cancel shortly thereafter & was very impressed with how quickly this company responded with no hassle. Will definitely order from them in future.

Product was well described and arrived in new condition. I paid for express shipping and did not recieve in time. Was treated well and respectfully and refunded for a portion of shipping cost, which I was satisfied with.

Prompt responses to my multiple enquiries regarding a very difficult to obtain wallpaper.
As soon as it came into stock I was notified allowing me to order after a five month search.
