Big Roar Ltd Anmeldelser

I reserved a property with this company back in November 2024 and paid the required reservation fee, expecting the purchase process to move forward promptly. However, I was shocked to discover in March 2025—four months later—that they still hadn't completed on the property themselves.

While they are quite good at showcasing potential deals, it quickly becomes apparent that if the numbers don't work in their favour, they're not afraid to walk away, even if that leaves clients like me in limbo. This kind of approach raises concerns about reliability and commitment, especially when money has already exchanged hands.

A disappointing experience overall, and I would advise others to tread carefully—especially before parting with any upfront fees.

Always a pleasure to work with a Team who say what they are going to do and deliver on there word. Emma was informative and held my hand throughout the process which was very smooth and straightforward.
