Sent an email days ago regarding my order.. I mistakenly ordered the bronzer and oil kit and wanted the serum. I immediately sent an email to the customer care email that they display on their website. Was hoping to just do an exchange but never even got a response .. so 1 star for basically no customer service.

Recently received my order which had leaked once opening my package the box inside was very oily.

I was sent a returns label and sent it back on agreeing once they have this they will issue a full refund.
Which they are now refusing to do over email & have said they found no fault (conveniently)
I have had to raise this issue with my bank to dispute. Very unhappy.

I’ve also used a lot of scalp/hair oils being in the industry and this is far the worst smelling, can’t describe how badly.
I would avoid at all costs and go back to kerastase scalp serums.

Had a lovely follow up call from Bia Care. Ever since my GP referred me to this menopause specialist service, I'm truly impressed and grateful for their service - how quicly I received recommendations and how they follow up your progress. All their staff are so friendly and professional.

Bia Care offer such a wonderful service for women. For so long Menopause has been stigmatised and that women should just 'get on with it'. It's fantastic that it is being recognised for the impact it has upon women's lives. I felt extremely reassured by Dr Sarah Thomas. She offered empathy and excellent clinical knowledge. The format worked so well too. It will mean more women can be seen in a shorter period of time, and it's a great way to learn from others going through the same/different stages of perimenopause/menopause. Thank you so much for offering this service. I'm very grateful.

Having struggled to get a local GP to even understand the menopause, and after my own DR saying she had never heard of body identical HRT or Estrogen gel. I finally, after 7 years of peri menopausal symptoms , I looked elsewhere. One clinic wanted to charge £200 + for an appointment which had a long waiting list. I finally found BIACARE. I had an online group consultation with 5 other ladies in a similar situation. The Dr listened to us all one by one. It was so much cheaper and actually helped to know others were feeling as frustrated as I was. I had a choice whether to buy privately or take the recommendation to the dr for a nhs prescription . I did privately first then told by own Dr what I needed, and collected at NHS Prices. I have finally got my life back. I nearly had to give up work due to my fatigue! Now I’m full of energy with no symptoms. I’m 52. Honest, you’ve nothing to lose by giving them a go.

Do not waste your money with these guys. The idea is good in theory but they do not have the correct platform to hold group consultations. I waited several weeks for mine and the majority of the time was spent trying to resolve technical issues because of their chosen platform.
From the very beginning of completing a health questionnaire, I supplied additional information which I mistakenly thought a doctor would look at prior to the group consultation, only to be told she would have to take advice from a more senior Doctor, not a problem, I thought, I am not contraindicated in any way to take HRT, but having taken advice, they are not going to prescribe anything.
My Endocrinologist’s letter stating that I have high prolactin levels, was not looked at, before or after the consultation. I have just been told by a rather blasé member of staff that called me just now, they do not offer one to one consultations so I need to begin the process again with another menopause centre and they are not prescribing any HRT.
I feel as if I have had chase these guys from the very beginning of the process, as despite my trying to call several times to ask if they had received my Endocrinologist’s letter, they do not answer their telephone, when they did once answer, they stated they have limited staff. Trying to get a response from an email is the same. They are simply not providing a professional service.

I was given an appointment but could not make it and I have been trying to rearrange it but nobody comes back to me. I've sent 3 emails.

Group session confirms you are not alone and not insane!

Bia Care is a menopause game changer. It’s worth investing in yourself to get this wonderful service. Don’t think about it-just do it, they will help you feel better and get your life back!

An unexpected, but welcomed experience that I feel heard, that I feel clinically evaluated and assessed and diagnosed. I also appreciate hearing other women on the call as a supportive network of like-minded women who are all struggling with similar issues. This resonates so much and any fear of this different interface was quickly dissipated by a caring and friendly facilitator. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy and I appreciate the level of transparency. This is definitely a support group I'm happy to take part in for long-term health benefits. I'm also very much looking forward to my prescription!

I saw a very kind helpful GP, it was nice to meet other similar ladies. Easy set up and instructions. Very sensitive to all participating. Came away with lots of very useful information and also feeling like I am not the only one going through this. Great to get more in-depth information from a specialist about peri menopause and menopause.

The group consultations are really insightful and I'm glad to know what I am experiencing is "normal".
I was able to get an HRT prescription. It’s only been a couple of weeks but I feel much better so far.

I love the approach: the facilitator making everyone comfortable with the session and the doctor giving individual advice in the group. I feel heard and will be returning to Bia Care to follow up on my treatment.

After weeks of should I try Bia Care? I was not sure if it was just another fad. I am so happy that I made the choice to attend the online zoom group consultation. It was relaxing with lots of great information.

Excellent experience joining a consultation and receiving treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service - and have already told my friends!

Based on the Trustpilot reviews, plus the claims made by the Bia Care website, I thought I was right to trust Bia Care. Sadly, the service delivered to me, has been quite different from the brand promise, and the reviews.

I first contacted Bia Care in December 2021, by April 2022, I was still waiting to sort out my prescription. I did everything I was asked to do, including a blood test and a medication review with family GP. There was no follow up from Bia Care to enquire about my blood test results. Despite being told I would be copied into communications from the clinic to my GP, I wasn’t, and had to chase. Clinician shortages twice knocked on booked appointments, last minute changes from them meant last minute changes to my diary, long waits between communications, website bugs resulted in the inability to make a payment when asked.

I had high hopes that Bia Care would deliver a professional and specialist menopause service and help sort out my problems, but they didn't. I am now forced to start my search for another menopause specialist again, delaying the treatment I am after, even further. A sympathetic and knowledgeable doctor is not enough to carry a service. A classic case of expertise that is not being supported by a robust business framework.

I will not be seeking to use Bia Care again.

I was very nervous leading up to the session, especially knowing that I was going to be discussing my symptoms in front of others on the consultation…..there was no need to feel nervous at all, I was put at ease instantly. I genuinely feel like I've been listened to for the first time in years regarding my symptoms. Also, listening to others in a similar position was a massive help. After getting the runaround from my GP, Bia care was a godsend. Excellent service. I've been telling all my friends.

I felt very comfortable and valued. The session was truly informative and not rushed at all. Time was taken to listen to my concerns and advice was given. I felt totally at ease and being in the group session I also learnt a lot. Excellent Consultation.
