Just run, the website is controlled by BGM hair, I let 3 reviews about the last hair I got. When I went back my reviews wasn’t there. I guess most of all the reviews on there are fake. Stay away from this vendor if you don’t want to regret like me period

I was anxious again that this hair would look magnificent and beautiful on the website, and that I would be disappointed upon the arrival of my order. But wow, this hair has exceeded all expectations; it is full and neat, and the wear and go is absolutely fantastic.

I've purchased 2 wigs on BGM hair. The lace wig I purchased was great quality, amazing and long-lasting.

But the burmese curly half wig I purchased 3 months ago has been disappointing. Out of the box it was soft and great quality for a few wears. As soon as I put it under water to wash it, it got so tangled up as if the hair was synthetic. It took so much gentle combing just to get it all combed out and soft but there was SO MUCH shedding hair. Ever since that one wash with conditioner, the hair gets so tangled easy and constantly sheds. Really annoyed as I spent £150 on it and cannot even wear it more than a few hours before the quality gets matted up

This is the second time ordering from BGMgirl. I initially ordered the 9x6 M-cap kinky straight hair,32 inches with 250% density. However, the processing time took almost two weeks. So I reached out to customer service to inquire about my order. They were very quick to response and explained why my order was taking so long. In short, I exchanged my order for what was available at the moment which was the 9x6 M-cap kinky straight, 30 inches with 180% density. Processing and shipping time was very fast. I received a refund price right away (same day). Customer service was also consistently reaching out to me to make sure I received my order and was happy with the changes. I am extremely happy with the wig I received and will say it's one of the best purchases I have ever done. The wig is so soft, long, very full even for a 180% density with very minimal shedding which is normal. I will definitely order from BGMgirl again.

I will never buy from bgm again their hair is ok but their delivery time is absolutely sick I ordered my hair 1 month ago and they sent it 1 week ago so if you choose to waste your money here I hope you know what you are getting into.

Hair quality is very poor and freezy when hair arrived I reached out to their customer service and was given the round around with back and forth emails safe to say this must be a scam company. They are not even honouring their own 30 day return even though hair is unworn and still in its original packaging extremely poor AVOID AVOID AVOID

BEST HALF WIG I EVER PURCHASED!!! I bought mine in 28in 250% density and tried cutting a few layers in it...but got a little scissor happy lol. Its sooooo full and the curls are so cute. In addition, the customer service was amazing and when I needed my purchase expidited they wasted no time! The customer service lady definitely deserves her props!! Will definitely keep purchasing from this company. 10/10 would recommend and buy again!

I love their glueless wigs and there's minimal shedding. The last one I bought lasted me 2 years while still looking decent! The major problem with them is sketchy overseas "express" shipping and mediocre customer service. I recently ordered 6 days ago and my package is still 2 thousand miles away with little movement. If you buy from here, just know what you're getting into.
