Ordered 3 printed tshirts but got delivered only 2 plain tshirts,on lodging complaint not even ready to accept their mistake and denying replacement

I paid using COD without realizing that COD customers are treated differently. As per their policy, COD orders are not eligible for refunds, only cashback or size exchange is allowed, and even that process is far from simple.

I opted for an exchange, but their size chart is highly inaccurate. My waist size is 30, so I initially ordered size 30 pants. When they didn’t fit, I exchanged them for size 32- yet they were still uncomfortably tight. To make matters worse, they only allow one exchange, leaving me stuck with two unusable pairs of pants. And let me not get started on how badly they handle their returns. Oh God it gives me chills to even think about the horror the return process gave me.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. Poor sizing, restrictive policies, and an inconvenient exchange process make this brand hard to trust. I don't usually go around to leave a review but people deserve to know to stay away from this company. Definitely not recommended.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Beyoung regarding Order ID #6380160. It has been more than 10 days since my return was processed, yet my refund has still not been issued. This level of delay without any clear communication is highly disappointing and unacceptable. And also the returned of parcel was been done 15 days back and after reaching the main warehouse it has been 9 days no refund no update nothing

What is even more frustrating is being informed that the refund will be credited to my wallet instead of being returned to my original payment method. After such a poor first experience, I see no reason why I should be forced to continue shopping with your platform. When the initial experience itself has been so unpleasant, expecting customers to reuse wallet credits is unreasonable.

I request you to process my refund to the original payment source at the earliest. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to take further action regarding this issue.

I expect a quick resolution and proper customer support going forward.

These people don't deserve to be on e-commerce platform.Customer Care is hopeless.Never ever buy from this Beyoung.You will get old to reach this beyoung.

Beyoung confirms orders very quickly, but creates unnecessary issues during returns. When it comes to return or refund, their process is complicated and often not handled properly.
The product quality is also not up to the mark — size mismatch, color difference, and average fabric quality. Customer support does not provide a satisfactory resolution.

I have been buying from Beyoung since 2022. Quality of their products is very nice and style and design is also nice.

Products are durable and priced lower compare to the quality they provide.

To be honest I have ordered only 3 tshirts as of mow which is doing just fine even today
That was a 3 tshirt set and I use it for daily use and those loos perfect

This company is doing well because they are focusing on the basic things that no other company do
