Beyond Words Anmeldelser

As a long established business, Beyond Words is always exceptional in every respect.
Great books, unusual books. Well packaged and delivered.
A personal service when required.
Thank you.

Fast service, great selection of books, experts in what they do.

A superb service!
Neil is so helpful and he kept to his word about keeping in touch about our order. Delivery is great - tracking is spot on!
Thank you

Love the catalog. Could spend way more money.

On the last order I mistakenly ordered something I already had, and a quick email was all it took to fix the order (swapped out for another book!) Then, because I pre-ordered a few titles and wanted everything to ship together, right when I was moving, I had to contact them to update my shipping address. Again, easily done. Everything showed up promptly, in perfect condition. I am completely happy and satisfied.

Beyond Words is great to work with, and I will be back.

Excellent and large selection of photobooks combined with great personal service, one of my favourite photobookshops!

Always helpful and friendly. It’s always an advantage dealing with a knowledgeable specialist dealer.

I've bought from Beyond Words several times. Good discounts on photobooks, often signed, well packaged, and personal contact in case of needing to adjust orders. Excellent selection of photobooks.

Book very delayed due to circumstances beyond their control.

Communication from beyond words was excellent throughout and refund prompt at the end when I “called time” and couldn’t wait any longer.

Beyond Words has been my go to shop for specialist photography books for a very long time; there are so many books to choose from that some self control is necessary! The fact that so may are available as signed copies is a nice extra touch. Postage (if applicable) is reasonable and books are well packaged to avoid damage. Customer service is always excellent as well.

Great selection of books and fast service. Their email list is also worth joining.

Beyond Words has a great range of often hard to find photobooks. I particularly appreciate the care they take in ensuring that these often expensive books are well packaged so they arrive in best condition.

Very kind, great service, thank you!

Neil offers a superb selection of works across a wide spectrum of subjects.

Information on despatch and other customer service communication is excellent. I rarely buy from anyone else.

Efficient, friendly, and excellent at packaging books - in addition to an impressive stock.

The newsletter is informative, the website presents the books beautifully and enthusiastically. The website is easy to navigate and all the buttons work. My books were received in good time and in good order, in short a wonderful and, dare I say it, a labour of love service.

Buying many quality photography books, it is an important address to have to know what is happening on the planet. In addition, all the orders I have placed are in a good mood.

First Class service, (as always).

I am very satisfied with the books I got from Beyond words, both the cost and quality of the books and service is amazing, very committed!
Thanks

Excellent site, the widest range of quality books, always well packaged and at times there are some fantastic second-hand bargains to be hand.
