Non Greasy
I came across Bettyhula by accident when my husband was delivering to a shop in Harrogate and bought me some Champagne and Spice hand cream. I instantly fell in love with the brand! The smell is absolutely beautiful. When you apply the cream to your hands, it doesn’t leave your palms greasy.
Plus I have found that I am actually sleeping better if I use it at night. Coincidence? Maybe, but it works for me 😀

Dusting powder & balm
First time buying dusting powder ……. LOVE so lovely smells great and you just feel glam puffing all over ☺️
Also got the balm which is also lovely for those extra dry areas like elbows heels I also use around cuticles and works lovely

Non existent customer service
Paid £7.99 for next day delivery. Items arrived 3 days later. I have emailed the company twice, but I haven't even had an acknowledgement.

Products arrived to the USA rather…
Products arrived to the USA rather quickly. It’s been about 10 years since I was gifted Bettyhula Champagne and Spice. I was immediately crazy about it but at the time wasn’t able to order. So finally I have it again however, the scent seems much less intense than my first experience with it. It’s still lovely but with my first experience the scent would linger most of the day. With the current formula, it has very little of the intense aroma that I fell in love with and does not linger at all. I’ve had this happen with other hand made products. Perhaps the next batch will contain more of your signature uplifting aroma. Thank you for your products.

Bottles need to have a seal or stopper so they don't leak whilst out for delivery
When I received the Secret wonder Oil it had leaked. Took a while to sort due to technical issues- emails not received. They apologised and send me a new bottle, which had leaked as well but not as much. The bottles only have a screw lid no seal or stopper.

Unresponsive Customer Service
Although I love their products and can't fault them, their customer service is dreadful. I was sent the wrong item and have emailed them twice and sent in a form on their website to ask how I can return the wrong product and get the correct one. I have had absolutely no response.
I have now had direct contact with the customer care manager, and it has been resolved in a very smooth manner. It looks like the initial non-response was just a hiccup.
