Betti is the worst scammer among all scammers. They asking 50 documents one after another to verify a GB player. Simple thing they making hard. After struggle a lot they verified my account yesterday. But today they asking same documents by other ways, reversed my oending withdrawal and support staff stated silly talking! Used to really enjoy this sire but…

Used to really enjoy this sire but recently I had a win tried to withdraw it and they wouldn't let me because they said I needed to verify a old payment method which I explains no lo her exists because the account was closed.. passed pillar to post but getting no where even asked if they would freeze my account until the withdraw was processed and was told they can't do that.. Needless to say I ended up spinning it off which is exactly what they wanted and now I take my custom else where so I would be really careful before you deposit on here as they don't like to send anything back should you win.

First and foremost, we must emphasize that all of your requested withdrawals, totaling 5500 EUR, were successfully processed and paid out by us to the designated bank account you provided.

To confirm this, we have previously shared with you trace IDs for every single one of those payments. These trace IDs are the undeniable evidence showing that the funds left our system and were successfully paid to the receiving bank.

Furthermore, the fact that your bank has been unable to locate or credit these funds to your account is definitely not an issue caused on our end. Our responsibility is to successfully process and send the payment, which we have done, and the trace ID is the proof.

Horrible only one word after I deposit,probably thousands pounds over a year ,I won 500 today is six days since I withdrew the money. They still didn’t pay ,chat with them every day and emails always the same answer

First of all, we want to let you know that we consider your feedback to be highly unjustified, especially given our withdrawal processing times and the fact that your withdrawal request was initiated on December 10th and was processed and paid out by us on December 11th, taking approximately 12 hours from initiation to payment on our end.

We also want to re-emphasize that, after we process the withdrawal, the time it takes for the funds to be credited to your Bank account is purely on the bank's side and may take up to 5 business days, which is considered a standard time frame for all Bank transfers. This time frame is entirely outside of our control.

Accordingly, since your withdrawal was paid on Thursday, December 11th, do note the following:

- Weekends are not counted as business / banking days.
- Today is only the second business day since the payment.

Therefore, you should expect to receive your funds no later than the end of this Thursday (Dec 18th), which would technically be the 5th business day

I have been playing for a while now to…

I have been playing for a while now to the point I’m a vip member. But the banking issues with money being taken from my account but not reaching my player account has happened multiple times. I enjoy the games but I’m getting frustrated over the fact the loyalty shop still isn’t up & running they’ve taken away instant karma now it’s all wager amount by 25x or so and so. I’m in 2 minds whether I’d continue playing or not. I wrote a review before and although my withdrawal got processed eventually these seem to be taken even longer also now days so don’t bother even when I do get a win. The customer support knows next to nothing and all in all I don’t know how much longer I’ll be part of the betti family

Betti used to give bonus points & karma bonuses. After months of telling me they’re going to soon have the bonus points system back & any old points, before they changed the site would be added to any new, accumulated points. Also the karma bonuses are literally none existent. They tried telling me karma points are random. I used to get them dropped very very often and for the last 6 months not even once.

Rob was/is awesome after my big win!

Well, where to start!?
First of all I used this casino after looking into several reputable review sites for online casinos and finding multiple sites with betti1 being in their top ten.

I deposited and the casino give me 150 Percentage bonus which I realized later and cancelled the bonus which took my £790 winnings as well .

Company took £500 via Apple Pay in error. They were informed when noticed and still had £325 in the balance. They closed my account immediately and refused to give the money back. Back and forth emails for 3 weeks and now completely ignoring myself and the company who has contacted them directly. The owners are going to have to take legal action but these scam artists don’t care they just ignore. Everyone makes errors, return the money to the corporate credit card and this will go no further. Don’t respond to the previous review asking me to contact you then ignore for 14 days! That’s pathetic!

illegally taken money off a corporate credit card

This company have illegally taken money from a company credit card - have been informed that they have done so, have been contacted by the Managing Director of the company and one of the shareholders and have refused to return the money. Their own website states they cannot and will not take money from a corporate card or a credit card. They have taken money from a corporate company credit card via Apple Pay in error. They have been informed that this was the case and are now ignoring all communication. It is illegal for credit cards to be used for gambling and they legally have to return the funds. They have been given until the close of business today to return the money to the corporate credit card or the shareholders of the company will be moving forward reporting them and legal action.

They have now not responded to any emails from myself or my company. They’re just ignoring all communication. A complete scam of a company that don’t even abide by their own terms on their website, their regulatory requirements or the law. The Curacao Gaming Control Board will be being contacted if they have not seen this review already. If they have any gumption at all they will revoke the license of these thieves.
