I have really come to love using this program to help build our team's schedules and coordinate plans for our events. At first it took me a bit to work through how to use it, and I am sure there is more I can do, but overall it does a really good job.

User-friendly interface; On-site trainings and tips are very helpful. This program makes my life so much easier and more organized.

Using Better Impact has been wonderful for on-boarding, training and then scheduling volunteers.

My page is not working as it should i.e. cannot log in properly can not recognize that third party Cookies are enabled. And most grueling is there is NO SUPPORT just some dumb bot.

I think it's a great system to use, it makes things easy for my job and also for those using it. My only take is wish things were a bit easier to find and he language used is a bit difficult

We're a mid-size museum and have been using this software for about four years. My favorite aspects are its 1) specificity for volunteer management needs, 2) robust customer support, and 3) frequent updates and improvements based on user feedback. We just had our annual review (a feature of the "plus" account that's well worth it!). Our advisor Josie Connell has really gotten to know our organization and is amazingly skilled in helping us make the most out of the software and applying it to our specific needs. Highly recommend!

In this day and age, volunteer management is an ever-changing storm of control and chaos happening all at once. Finding anything that can give you an edge when having to wear so many hats during your day to day job can be a lifesaver. Better Impact is that lifesaver.

Better Impact helps cut through all of the day to day busy work that pops up and saves me hours each week. That kind of time savings allows for me to focus on building up our programs, expanding outreach, and ensuring our programs are at a high-quality caliber. I couldn't possibly do it when having to sift through email and registration requests all day.

I also love that I have a wealth of knowledge right at my fingertips. If I need an answer to a question, it is there. If I want to talk to someone, they are there. Better Impact even has ways to get connected with other Better Impact users from across the globe to talk shop and strategy or meet for a conference. No longer are you that little island by yourself.

As a manager/coordinator/director/leader of volunteers, if you need support or help, Better Impact will be one of the best decisions you make in your professional life.

We are learning more and more about the Better Impact system which is enabling us to have all information stored in one place. The new video with tips and updates has added more new experiences to us.

This will be a great tool for us; we have several documents that volunteers need to sign at the end of their onboarding. Looking forward to using this!

Better Impact is an amazing database for upcoming businesses as well as organizations that have been established for years. Its easy to use and maneuver as well as understand all the logistics!

Better impact is a great program, I find it very user friendly with lots of help and training videos available if needed. I love how easy it is to schedule volunteers, and that you can schedule reminders and run quick accurate reports.

Better Impact is great volunteer management software. The wonderful part about dealing with BI is that their staff are so responsive! Any questions are answered within minutes. Its good to know you're in good hands!

I have been using Better Impact for 7 months now and it has been super easy to pick up and there are so many functions that we haven't been using that I am discovering that make reporting so much easier. The volunteer app is also very straight forward and simple and easy to show volunteers how to use. We have volunteer from 16 years old to 85 and they can all use it with ease

I've recently joined an organisation that has been using Better Impact for a number of years. I've found it incredibly easy to navigate and the online training videos are incredibly useful too.

As part of my role, I've now become a "super user" and am helping to train other team members on how to use Better Impact.

The volunteers I have onboarded are all really happy with their experience too - it's easy to use and doesn't take up any of their time.
