When delivering my bed delivery men kicked my dog in the face for no apparent reason as she was still on my property and just sniffing around the driveway

I needed a new bed for my preteen and after finding one he liked, I had to find a company with great reviews on Trustpilot that would deliver it quickly. Not only was the price at Better Bed Company competitive but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Lee confirming it would be delivered the very next day – the other companies would have delivered after 14 days. I got a 3 hour delivery window so didn’t have to wait the entire day and the delivery team called to let me know when they were almost there. The entire process was smooth and efficient but most importantly, my son loves his new bed. I would definitely recommend Better Bed Company!

I had a really positive experience with Better Bed Company. I ordered a bed online and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Lee, who confirmed it would be delivered the very next day – fantastic news, especially since we had just moved into a new build and another company had let us down.

The communication was clear and efficient, and Lee made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Although we had a minor hiccup with the delivery team, it was quickly resolved, and everything was put right without any hassle.

I’m really happy with both the product and the service. Would definitely recommend Better Bed Company to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and efficient service!

We ordered a Julian Bowen Capsule Orthopaedic Mattress for our new home through Better Bed Company. We tested the mattress two weeks later when we fully moved in and realized the mattress was way too soft and cheaply made. When you turn on your side, you’re literally eye level to the floor. Both my husband and I knew it wasn’t suitable. The edges of the mattress was also fraying and there were faint stains as well. We wrote to our rep who sold us the mattress to ask for an exchange simply for the back pain. I didn’t even mention the fraying. Our rep Lee said he called and talked to the folks at Julian Bowen and they said the most they can do is have us order a new one from them and they would take their other mattress back. We were outside their 14 day return policy. I contacted them 18 days later. 14 days is a literal joke when most mattress and bed companies let you test for 60 or more days. We should have known better than to naively order anything from this greedy company. We thought they were reputable but obviously they just have a nice website but absolutely no human sense.

We ended up ordering a mattress from another company and have slept so much better since. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. It was our first and last time ordering with them.

The helpful approach when telephoned was very much appreciated. However, there was a change to the arrangement I had made and I was actually still home when the mattress was delivered. The driver took it all in his stride and was very polite. I had a bit of a surprise at the size of the box as hadn't found out beforehand that it was compressed. It was fine dealing with it though and I had my first night on what was evidently a massive improvement on what I had been sleeping on before. I would recommend anyone who has been in hospital for a few weeks, to consider a Loren Williams mattress. I realise now that this was the solution I needed to the discomfort that kept waking me up!

We initially purchased Bedmaster Mya triple sleeper only to receive a call saying the bed had been discontinued. The alternative was to purchase Carra triple sleeper which we did, even though it was slightly wider than we wanted. Bed is sturdy and feels like good quality but the pine finish from the pictures is totally misleading - instead of a natural pine finish it is a dark varnished pine finish, not at all what we were expecting when looking at the website photos.

Bed arrived within designated time slot. All good apart from two damaged parts (presumably damaged in transit). These were replaced within a few days, along with a part that I'd accidentally damaged myself, at no additional cost. Great service, Lee was really responsive and helpful throughout.

Excellent first time experience with better bed company. Made my order before 1pm on a Tuesday, received a phone call straight after to organise delivery the following day. Communication is fantastic from start to finish. Why can't more companies be like this? Delivery was also excellent, drivers gave me my hour slot and called me just before to confirm. Great stuff, thanks again!
