Outstanding service. Beautiful bags. Highly recommend. I had a problem with my bag and they rectified within a week.

Ordered a specific product and sent the wrong item as the original (green and red strap) was then out of stock. Was refunded a mere £10 when the strap retails for £22 online. Issue still not resolved as I am now not receiving replies from Betsy and Floss. Terrible customer service - as the bag was embossed/personalised I am not entitled to a refund despite it being THEIR mistake to send the wrong item thinking I wouldn't notice the strap was missing? Terrible company. Would never buy anything from them again. Be warned people!

I have ordered a few bags from Betsy & Floss. The first a basket bag and now I’ve added a leather one to my collection. I don’t usually leave reviews but the quality and care has been incredibly high. Love my bags, thank you 🙏 I can’t wait to add a 3rd to my collection soon.

I love my Jesi bag! I love that it comes with two straps and works as a clutch and handbag. I added my initials and it turned out great, lovely quality. Arrived promptly. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Received my Manarola bag and I love it! Can carry all the childrens bits and bobs and still looks stylish. Had a question before ordering and customer service was really helpful. Thank you. Delivery was pretty quick too.
