Do not use this site they have said because I had a free bets promotion with there partner company “betwin” in 2020 they will not give me my bonus. Honestly the worst company you could ever imagine

DO NOT USE, THEY WILL USE ALL UNREASONABLE EXCUSES TO PREVENT WITHDRAWALS

Started a withdrawal on 21st Nov. It was placed on hold until my address was verified, which is very common and understandable.

After lots of back and forth, they claimed there was a discrepancy between my actual address and one on
the proof provided. I followed up multiple times with no response, despite lots of claims their support is on offer "24/7".

I had no response from 3 emails so started to speak to their live chat, who were rude, condescending and unhelpful.

Same parent company as 21luckybet. Same experience. (Obviously I joined these at the same time otherwise I wouldn't have joined both, given teh experiences)
Simply awful. Joined using the welcome offer code. Bet the required amount. No bonus awarded. No live chat available. Sent an e-mail over a week ago to customer service, with several chaser emails - no response whatsover. Plenty of options out there - give this one a miss 100%

Same experience as others I see. Won my bonus bet legitimately and they are refusing to pay me winnings. Definitely a scam website, they know exactly what they are doing. Plenty of better betting sites out there folks!

Poor website. Looks like most of us here did not receive the advertised bonus. Criminal company! Stay clear.

Scammers refused my withdrawal on a sports bet for absolute no reason avoid this website at all costs. even the websites slow need to invest into a better running website the tramps !!!!!!!

i opened an account this month for the free £50 bet promotion. when i asked today to find out where's my free bet i was told "The Free Bet was credited to your account on the 16/11/2024 and expired 23/11/2024 I am not able to credit your account" ive had to email a complaint to get my free bet, if I get it. poor customer service.

This is a scam business. They do everything in their power to stop you making a withdrawal. They refused to pay out on my legitimately placed bet saying that the bet was placed after the event finished when of course I placed the bet 16 minutes before the event started. Stay away from them if you have any sense

Poor website terrible customer support unclear bonus requirements will be taking my money out when my one and only bet with them has been settled avoid this site.

A horrible little company which is part of ProgressPlay.

Avoid all of these casinos, they are very clever at hiding things, cancelling bonuses, voiding bets and now withholding my withdrawals.

I joined this clown show in August and immediately felt completely lost despite having over 15 years experience with over 100 sites.

They could not even get their loss limit to work, they then cancelled my loss limit then decided in the middle of me playing to freeze my account and then start demanding more than a bank would for a mortgage application. I complied fully and quickly and they just kept asking for what I had already sent.

The general chat staff were rude and purposely difficult, the senior staff seemed more reasonable but then they too turned out to be on the same team as the infantile general staff.

Examples?

Katie loves arguing and kept denying I hadn’t wagered over £1000 to receive 15% weekend cashback, the next day her colleague confirmed that I was right and I had in fact surpassed £1300 but she also claimed that £58.95 is 15% of £680. Did Katie apologise when I confronted her? Of course not. They finally decided to pay me the difference but they won’t process the payment! They used to do it within a couple of hours but now they just invent excuses such as “the payment was declined so we have to do it manually” all this whilst every other company I withdraw from is paying me immediately via visa direct just fine - just like Betrino used to!

Another example: I had just redeemed some free bets and used 2 out of 4. I then withdrew my balance. The bets disappeared. When you withdraw, the main thing you see is a warning that you can’t reverse the withdrawal after pressing confirm - that’s why I pressed it. However, they also say it will cancel bonuses which I didn’t see. They have always refused to reissue this £60 worth of free bets even after I explained what’s written above.

Example 3, on August 30th Monopoly Live rejected my bets but still took the money. I reported it immediately both to the game provider who gave me reference numbers and Betrino. It took me 6 weeks to get this money back and it is not even the correct amount. Apparently Jessica had not logged the complaint or reference numbers and expected me to find all of the information for her - I actually did.

They have stopped responding to emails yet they tell me to follow their complaints process, they just now threatened fo remove my ‘chat privileges’ because I keep asking them to process my payment. They say it takes a business day but I’ve had payments from them on Saturday and Sunday evenings a couple of hours after withdrawing before.

I can only advise everyone to avoid this site and all the others since it’s the same bunch who deal with them all.

I am supposed to get a final response from them before I can complain to the UKGC but since they are non responsive I will have to proceed without it.

Lastly, their casino bonuses have 50x wagering and if you win with a free sports bet, it’s not cash you get back. They are just despicable and since they continue to mess me around regarding payments, I can never trust them with my money again.

The 5 star review is clearly paid or a favour to someone who works there - probably Tyler’s girlfriend, mother, sister or some other relation. Pathetic.

VOID VOID VOID VOID, Big scammers,Played over £300 and won 3 bets totaling over £4600,and after meetting the wagering amount and they came up with those scamm ideas ,that any amount you win, you cant get more the £200. With £50 bonus i won £369,they deducted the £50 played and piad £319 as bonus until i meet the 1× weagering requarment. and then i won £99, also i won a bet of £4218.13 , Since i met the requarment of 1× wagering, instead of transfering me the full amunt to real money, they paid me only £200. The biggest scamme ever. Never ever try this companies and go after their scamming offers. Stick with big and trastful ones. Everything will be reported to gambling commission as well. They cant get away with this. I see other people have the same issue. Please report it.

Don't know what the bad reviews are about my experience has been outstanding I was sceptical with reading the reviews but thought I'd give them a try and glad I did deposited had a small win so thought I'd withdraw it see how it went and it was in my bank 3 hrs later only downfall on this site is the charges to deposit and withdraw it took 2.50 of my deposit and only pence of my withdrawal but the site is legit and I will continue to play thanks betrino five stars from me x had a quary regarding a withdrawal today from another little win 03/10 was woundering why this one was taking longer than before so went on live chat and it was solved very promptly by the agent Tyler I just had to provide evidence of my phone bill and was all sortedmy withdrawal has now been prossed and waiting thanks Tyler brilliant site for me so far so good 😊

The free bets promo seems good but is so confusing and you actually can’t use any free bet winnings until you’ve spent all your money (withdrawing will also delete/cancel the free bet winnings). The website is also really hard to use and support service is fairly bad.

Undefined charges on deposits, withdrawal take 3 days to start the approval process while they ask for every form of ID. They then charge for withdrawal as well !!! Stay away from progress play based sites, all are the same.

Website is an absolute scam , did the £50 free bets promo , won the bet and still didn’t receive my winnings. With only 7 days to use this so called “winnings” I was shown no option to access them and contact from the company was terrible , finally being told you had to spend even more real money after winning with my free bets once. If you’re looking to join this company I’d advise you to be careful as you most likely won’t see your winnings.
